It was a no stress process, thank you for helping us plan a beautiful wedding. We were so pleased with the rustic look and everyone loved the tables. We had many comments about the richness of the wood. Clean up was easy and by the way the chairs were very comfortable. Thank you ! I'm located out of the country and Briana (the president) told me to not contact her again and hung up the phone on me as I was trying to explain to her that I was planning to host an event for my childreb baptism. She was extremely rude!!! Please do not hire this company if you don't want your event to be a complete disaster! (Judging by the kind of person she is, nothing good can come out of THAT) The owner answered my review claiming that it was another company who spoke to me. She had actually given me her phone number (which matches this business on yelp) and she was in fact the same person who disrespected and mistreated me. I'm posting the photo of my call log showing how I spoke to her twice and also sent her an email letting her know that she had lost a business and how unprofessional she was (email written as a reply of the first email where she sent me her phone number). She never answered back and now lies in a public review to cover he tracks. PLEASE, don't give any business to this woman! She is not a good representative of how wonderful american people are!

I hired Inflated Panache to do decor for a party I was hosting, and also to run a balloon table where guests could have a balloon made into something (like an animal or a flower, for example). Morgan and I discussed by phone the idea of him making about 4 balloon airplanes of various sizes to hang or suspend from the ceiling of the venue. I also asked him to have the balloon table at the event. Morgan seemed professional on the phone and requested to see the venue in advance. We arranged to meet at the venue for a quick look and I further explained my vision. He quoted me a price and I said that was fine. I re-iterated the four balloon airplanes from the ceiling and I said I would be happy to hang them up myself. Morgan said he would meet me at the venue the evening before the event. I thought all was fine until Morgan called me 30 minutes before we were supposed to meet (I was already at the venue preparing for hanging the balloons he was supposedly delivering). He said he had only made one airplane so far and that it would not work because it was too large. He then said his living room was a mess from all the balloons from "trying to make this thing," and that his wife was sick and his kids were sick, and that he just did a big event that day and it took all day. He also added that he actually did not even have time to meet me on the day he met me at the venue to see the venue, but he did anyway. Then he said, "If you want to part company now, I am fine with that." Then he said "you sound frustrated and I don't want to continue working with you if you are frustrated." He was correct; I was frustrated by I don't believe I was at all rude in my reaction. I was trying to problem solve to see if I could at least hang the one plane that he said he made but he would not give me clear answers. If this is the type of person he is, I did not want his presence at my event which would have many young children and families. I told him that ,at that point, I'd like to just purchase the large plane that he already made, and any more that he could make that evening since I had been depending on him for the decor, but I said that I'd prefer not to have him come and run the balloon table at the event. He proceeded to explain then that the one airplane he made would take 3 hours to hang up from the ceiling. I still don't know why that would be after asking him. Then he said, "bye" and immediately hung up before I could ask another question or say anything, basically hanging up on me. It seemed to me that Morgan was overwhelmed but the fact that his living room was a mess from trying to make my balloon decor that he ultimately failed to make and deliver is not my fault. I have compassion for him if his kids and wife were sick at the time but that also gave me a red flag of having him present at my party with a balloon table if he could have been recently exposed to his family's sickness and then be interacting with the guests at my party. He seemed like he wanted to be let off the hook and when I didn't let him off so easy as I still wanted the decor I was depending on having for the next day, he certainly did not handle it very well. Hanging up on a client when they are expecting you to show up in 30 minutes with the completed goods? Are we in third grade here? Morgan did not live up to his commitment to do decor for my party and left me hanging the night before my event. I was counting on him to provide the decor that we had discussed and agreed upon in advance and he completely dropped the ball at the last minute. I was not impressed and found him to be completely unprofessional! Disappointing experience with an unreliable, immature person who does not take responsibility for his own problems or manage them well enough to do the job to which he previously agreed.

One groomsmen had a tux that was three sizes too small. The "professionals" in the shop refused to take responsibility for the mistakes, and blamed us! They told us we should have double checked the measurements. The measurements we sent were correct. Then because they had to overnight new tuxedos for all the groomsmen, they wanted us to drive to Missoula on the day of the wedding to pick up the new tuxedos!! The maid of honor had to drive to Missoula on the day of her sisters wedding. If the wedding had not been planned for 5 pm, the tuxedos would not have been there in time. These people are incredibly unprofessional, rude, and childish. While in the shop, the bride realized they had brought the wrong color chairs, and the dance floor had a hole in it. It was a complete mess. After leaving the shop, they called the groom and told him, "they were not impressed with the wedding party." When your customers are not happy with service you do, you do not complain to the people who hired you. Never, never, never do any business with this shop!
