She was helpful in making a few suggestions and eager to take the project on. Was also very helpful with delivering as had to make a change to date and time late in the week and she was able to accommodate. Prices were very reasonable and lots of personal touches. I spent $80 on items that would have cost $120 at Target!! I scored 3 super cute light blankets for my bed, a candle, plus regular stuff like washing machine liquid, soda, and unusual brands of snacks!! It's like a combo of Michael's, Ulta, and a quirky grocery store! Juri, the check out person, took great care of me and promised I wasn't holding up their closing routine. I checked out about 6:55, minutes before 7 pm close. But she never complained and was so friendly! I'll definitely make this a regular stop. I placed an order online for a big balloon bouquet to surprise my son for his 21st birthday. The next day, I got an email stating half the order was canceled because some items were not in stock. I called and left a message for them to call me so I could change the order. Later that day, someone from the store called my son & asked what balloons he wanted. My son then called me - the surprise was blown! I talked to the manager, Susan, and she apologized profusely and went out of her way to make it right, even adding extra touches to the bouquet! It was delivered right on time - I think she even delivered it herself - and it looked great! Now that's just good customer service! I would suggest you give this store another chance, as maybe they changed management because Susan really stepped up to the plate!
