Being the current philanthropy chair of a Fraternity on our UIUC campus, College Chefs has helped provide an experience that has been nothing short of great for everyone living in our house currently. By providing us with a chef, who understands what we prefer to have for our meals, works extremely hard to provide us with those suggestions, and overall has a positive personality that we appreciate and easily get along with, College Chefs has helped us want to continue our relationship with them going forward. An important thing that we appreciate from College Chefs is their customer service to us by regularly talking with us to see if there is anything they can possibly do to better our experience with them. We truly appreciate College Chefs taking care of us. This past semester, our house held a philanthropy dinner to help our respectable cause and we hoped College Chefs would be generous enough to sponsor us with the food for the event. It did not take long at all for College Chefs to commit and we immediately started planning out the details of what food would be best suited for the event, how we can go about marketing/advertising the dinner in the best way possible, and overall organize the dinner in such a way that will help create the highest possible turnout for it. The success of the event was much better than we anticipated and we owe a huge part of that to College Chefs and their generosity. Knowing that they care about helping out with our philanthropy events has meant a lot to us in the past few years that we have had a positive relationship with them as our food serving company. I am the President of a Fraternity that uses College Chefs. In simple, College Chefs has been an amazing experience for us. After using many different companies in the past, we were very worried that College Chefs would be more the of the lack luster cooking we had seen from previous companies. We also wondered if we would have to deal with the issues of a chef that only did his job half the time, like previous chefs we had. We were pleasantly surprised by both how hard the chefs, employed by college chefs, worked and how great their food was. They always look for suggestions and opinions to improve their service. They also met with us throughout the semester and we were able to improve the menu as well as change our plan to better fit the desires of the brothers. On top of all that, they provide chefs that are friendly and involved. They look for ways to help the fraternity with food for events and provide advice for the food at events as well. I'm Treasurer of a Fraternity that has used College Chefs for 2 years now. Their sales & administration staff is very persistent in making sure we are always satisfied with the service they're providing, and in asking if there is anything they can do to improve our experience with them. They assign one sales rep to our house whom I have built a familiar relationship with, making it simple and casual whenever I need to modify the number of brothers on our meal plan. However, what makes our experience with them so well received by our brothers is our relationship with the Chef they have matched us with. In the 2 years he has been serving us, he has been able to pinpoint our taste buds to a point in which we have kids who live in apartments deciding to live in, solely based on the fact that the meals In-house brothers get to enjoy put their daily lunchtime mac & cheese to shame.
