Helium in the balloons did not even last 24 hours, they were already flat less than 12 hours after they were inflated. My daughter was so excited to pick out balloons for her 3rd birthday. Terrible customer service. There were two women working in the store. One of them was so rude, and said it was weird I was asking her what balloons she wanted as if a 3 year old shouldn't be allowed to make decisions for her own birthday. I kept asking if they had certain character balloons and first she said it was only what was on the wall, and then later said there were a bunch in the aisles, like why didn't you explain that first? read more

Don't even bother asking for any kind of help at this place. The guy cashier acted like he'd never talked to a customer a day in his life. He was giving unnecessary attitude, almost as if he just wanted to start an argument instead of helping. Then he offered to let me talk to the manager, who was just hiding in the corner and refused to come and talk. Then they both started talking back and forth with each other about me, right in front of me on their little microphone... That was incredibly rude and really makes me wonder how 2 grown adults can lack so much manners and decency. At some point I was looking for something else in the store so I went up to the manager and asked a simple question, to which she responded "well what do you want?" in the most obnoxious way. I was truly appalled that someone with this kind of demeanor managed to get themselves a manager position at this place. Didn't allow me to try on the costume to see if it would fit or not so how is that even fair. Then I tried to buy candy and she said since it wasn't Halloween theme candy I could exchange it. I would leave 0 stars if I could Today I walked in to the store and asked how much the balloons were to a lady named Ms Nicki and she told me "the price is on the balloon" I explained I couldn't see and she reluctantly gave me the price to one of the balloons I then stood around searching for the one I'd like and I pointed them out to her and she said "what's the number on them" and I once again explained I could not see so she came from behind the counter and I described "the one that says happy birthday and is a start shape" and she in a VERY DISGUSTING AWFUL UNPROFESSIONAL manner said "oh you can see that but you can't see the number" and that's when she proceeded to pick the balloon from Behind the counter and I asked to confirm "where you speaking to me" and she said "yes" and I said "of course I can see that it says happy birthday in large letters" she then went to the cash register and picked up the phone without acknowledging that I was waiting at the counter for her to ring me up, when she put the call on hold to communicate with one of the staff through her microphone I asked if she was the manager which she responded yes and I then asked who the genera manager was and she slapped down a paper on the counter with the picture of the general manager I told her "he will definitely be hearing about my experience with you today" at that pint she picked up the phone again and I then signaled with my hand that I was going to pass on giving my money and my business to such a rude manager. She is an awful representation for the store and most importantly for the company. I hope to hear back soon. I will also pass along this message to corporate. read more

The staff was ok and generally helpful at this store, but beware the store charges for inflating latex balloons! I had bought them online, and I had saw something on the website that says balloons can be inflated for free at the stores, but when I went in, they said they charge for each latex balloon. As I had to go to the party, I went ahead and got it done, but I definitely wasn't happy about it. Other than that, Party is a good place to get party/decorative things if you are short on time. read more

The store associate, Hillary, was wonderful! She juggled my last min order and every customer that came through to ask questions or check out and got me out the door in good time. I am very impressed! I came in stressed and behind on getting these balloons for a celebration. She was the only person working that I saw in the store so I was extra worried and stressed that it would take forever but she juggled it all beautifully taking great care of us all. I needed supplies for a Hawaiian theme party and I found everything I needed here. From umbrella picks and leis to hula skirts and sand buckets, they have everything. Everything is organized, down to the color and the theme. For example, the front area of the store is organized into sections with decor themes, like Saint Patrick's Day, tropical/luau, Easter, Spring, etc. and the rest of the store is organized by supplies, like napkins, cups, etc. Some of the supplies are also organized by color, in case you have a friend who loves that one favorite color. The staff were also so helpful and friendly and helped me find everything that I needed. The only complaint I have was that the cashier wasn't as friendly as the other staff. The lines are incredibly long! There were 8 or so people in line and it didn't start moving until 2 people complained. On top of that, you have to wait even longer while they check everyone out in line before they fill up your balloons. The clerks are extremely rude too! read more

They have so many choices for any party. They are pricey on the paper products and cups though. I wish they would have more coupons offers. The balloon area is always busy. On Wednesday I drove 45 minutes to get an order placed for a party on Sunday. First not one cashier busy or not acknowledges me as I stand in line, it was not busy. How do you give 5 days to return a item. I purchased a costume on the 18th and it was too small. With my busy schedule I wasn't able to come and return it until today the 24th. No one ever mentioned when I purchased the costume that I had to return it by the 23rd or oh well. You should give more time to return a costume. Not customer orientated what so ever. read more

I decided to stop by while shopping for items for my daughter's 1st birthday. We have a color scheme rather than a theme, and I assumed that it would be easier shopping for that. In hindsight, picking a theme would have been easy because they have everything organized by theme. The items are moderately-high priced, but there are plenty. However, I was disappointed that they were out of stock on some of the things I wanted. An employee was nice enough to get a ladder and reach up top to see if they had what I needed, and they were sadly out. I was also hoping they would have more of a selection when it came to color schemes, and while they had the basic colors, I wish they also catered to pastel tones as the colors as I had to head to Hobby Lobby to find those. That being said, they pretty much have anything you'd imagine for any kind of event from gender reveals, baby showers, costume parties, weddings, bachelorette parties, etc. All in all, a pretty good spot. read more

Yesterday I went to party city to grab a few things for a bachelorette party. Everything was very organized and it was very easy for me to find the perfect items I was looking for. When I got to the checkout I realized I had left my wallet at home. The gentleman working was able to put it on hold for me until I can come back later that night. When I went back to check out, everything still looks perfect and in its place. My only possible complaint is the amount of wait time in line to check out. Both times I was there I had to wait. But it was definitely worth all the waiting and I will be back! read more

The store may be large, but the selection sucks. As a party planner, the items are similar to what you can find at a Dollar Tree or .99 cents store.
