I used to really like this place. We've ordered multiple piñata for my daughter's birthday is throughout the years and for the most part they have been really cute and timely. Unfortunately, this year we ordered a simple number seven with her name and the Monster High logo. We got exactly that but I feel like they could've done a much better job. The worst part wasn't how simple the piñata was for the cost of almost $80. But also the lack of organization and timelines. When we order the piñata, we were told it would be ready by Friday. Friday rolls round and I get a phone call stating it won't be done until five so I agreed to five. I decide not to go on Friday at five due to traffic. So Saturday morning, when my husband arrives to pick it up, it is still not completely done. The logo has not been printed out so he had to wait until they could print it out cut it out and glue it onto the piñata. I would definitely say don't pay in full until you see what you're getting. Make sure that you call multiple times to verify that your item will be done when you need it. I wonder if this is under new management or new people running it. I hope they get it together because I really like the place. read more

Please do not come here! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in two weeks before my daughter's first birthday party to order a pink farm piñata and paid for it up front (mistake #1) . I asked to have it ready by Friday (the day before my party). A week later I realized Friday would be too late as I would be running last minute errands and asked to have it ready by Thursday (mistake #2), I had a hard time getting a response but finally a lady responded and said would check if that would be possible, no call back whatsoever, so a few days later I called again and now a man responds and says it would be ready by 3pm Thursday. I show up around 4pm and my piñata was not there. Had to wait until almost 6pm for them to bring it from the warehouse and the final product was a huge disappointment to say the least. Not worth the hassle. I have lived down the street from them for 12 plus years and didn't have a need to buy a piñata till recently. Kiddos in home now. So I go in on a Monday and look around lots to choose from but the trolls eyes looked creepy and asked for them to make a flower instead with specific colors (6 total). Called Wednesday to confirm for Saturday, mind you I paid 50 on Monday for my order. Lady states to send her pic and no response call back Thursday. She states that she can only use three colors, more colors would cost more money. She has had problems because young girls she hires are often on phones or careless, so basically the girl provided me with wrong information. Piñata was needed got Saturday morning. I decided to go to Arnies Ftifsu morning bought one for 25 bucks no stress. Multiple colors. :) Called lady asked for a refund she stated it was fine to pick up. My sister ordered a pinata for our 2yr old niece. She put in the order Monday and we picked it up later that Thursday. A deposit was needed ( of how much I don't know ) but then we paid the rest upon Friday. It came out exactly how we wanted it to be. We will definitely be back to order anything else we need for our parties. They also have mini pinatas, loot bags, candy and snacks.
