There are signs of water damage and peeling paint as another reviewer commented. Some of the toys offered really looked worn down and are in need of replacement. My son did like the ball pit section that you can use the pressurized cannons to do some target practice. The video gaming section was cool for the older kids and adults alike. The legos/ duplo blocks section was also another favorite of my son. The party was strictly 2 hours - one hour to play and the other hour was for eating, cake and some dancing. The young staff was very friendly and interacted with the kids very sweetly. I was a little upset for the momma hosting the party that she was unaware that there was a birthday party immediately following hers, which caused overcrowding when we were trying to park in the parking lot. She was also telling us that the pricing and what was offered didn't match what was previously discussed. I hope she was able to sort everything out afterward, but we didn't feel rushed in any way. Party rooms were color coded and the bathrooms were right outside so there was nothing to worry about there. For children with SPD, there are strobe lights and they play loud music when they were doing freeze dance, so just be aware beforehand. It was alright, but I wouldn't say our experience was over the top of memorable.

It's a pretty big playground compared to others we've been to! The ball pit area and climbing n/slide area is really nice and has lots of areas to crawl around and play, even 3 swings on the bottom area. They made great use of the whole space! They have different areas for kids to play, 2 Lego tables to play, different walls to put Lego and other wood sticks to put into the wall, a "sand" box which has small wood blocks instead of sand, lots of activity toys and overall many rides and toys to try out! They also have a supermarket and kitchen area for creative play. The other part of the play universe is arcade games and mini rides for kids from small to older. I like that they have this combines, if you have kids different ages they all have areas to play. Older kids might enjoy the arcade area more while younger kids play in the play areas. I definitely recommend the indoor playground to come and play! You get a few coins when you check in and can try out a few games. Fantastic concept!

There were also multiple staff roaming around to ensure that the environment is clean and organized; for one of the slides the padding was exposed and one of the male staff stood around to ensure he covered that area with balls in the ball pit, demonstrating consideration and really good work ethics that we all appreciated. Out of all the children play place across Staten Island, I believe this play place is by far one of the best, with ample amounts of obstacles and machines for the kiddies to enjoy. My only minor critique is that the token to dollar ratio is a bit high, with 10 bucks equating to 20 token and most rides ranges from 4-6 tokens, which is about 2-3 dollars per ride, which is often a minute or less. One of the rides also had a wheel that was broken, so the ride ended sooner due to be unable to dodge the obstacles. The claw machine also costs about 5 token each, which equates to 2.50 per try. Nonetheless, Just Kidding Universe Playground is definitely a great place for kids to have fun and spread their wings of creativity. Its awesome that they allow the host to bring outside food in without charge which is rare these days. Kids can go back and forth from the playspace to party room.

Every time I called or spoke to someone, they were so kind, willing to answer every question I had and assured me that everything would be perfect. They were right. The space for the carousel is for 50 people because that is how many chairs they have available. We had over 50 people there and you never felt crammed or squashed. There was SO much space. We had entertainers come and they had room to set up and put on their shows as well. They park provides 6 rectangular tables for guests to sit at as well as 3 other tables that could be used to food, gifts, favors..etc. The carousel operator ( I wish I would have remembered her name) was amazing- she was so kind and attentive and even gave the baby a t shirt! The staff working at the concession was also so helpful in letting us unload the food and drinks prior to the party start time. A special thank you to Emily who really went above and beyond to make sure everything went right. The weather was perfect too and it helps that the entire carousel section is covered so even if its hot outside, it was nice and shaded. Our guests were raving about this party for many days afterwards. We even had many native Staten Islanders who had come there for the first time. They will definitely be returning. I want to have every party there from now on.
