When I went I pick them up from the Boca location, they only had half of my stuff. I was told that they would be delivered to my house after the girl on the phones concern with the area I live in! They refunded me a measley few hundred bucks which is nothing compared to what I originally paid, not to mention the headache. They have HORRIBLE communication between locations and staff members. Weather was expected to be very windy with gust winds greater than 20mph! This is all news I get at 7pm the night before the party. I spoke with the owner and unfortunately I could not reschedule the party for another day or get anything else they offered. I was worried that I won't get my deposit back. There was no need to worry because they refunded my deposit and were extremely professional. No drama and no excuses. I am very happy with the service and very great full that this company takes kids safety as number one priority. As much as I wanted bouncy house and my daughter was disappointed we made the best of the situation. I did not feel bullied into getting anything other from them and I really appiciated that. I will definitely use them next time.
