When I arrived at the party city, I was greeted by a friendly worker and made my way over to the online order pickup area. I could see my bag ready and waiting for me. The wait for someone to see me was less than a couple minutes and they scanned my pickup number with a smile. I walked around a little bit to see what they had out for the Halloween season and boy did they have so much! I loved how their set up was for all the items they were showcasing and everything was very well put together and clean. Well, I broke my wrist and was unable to do so. A day and half before the party I found Dream Ark via an internet search. I sent an email inquiry and was immediately contacted by Roza. Miraculously she said she could do the job even with short notice. We discussed design ideas and colors. I then sent her photos of the party room. The day of the party Roza and her partner arrived 4 hours before party time and installed the most stunning balloon decorations and backdrop. After the party they came back and collected everything. My tables and chairs were not delivered as promised, which was two days before the event and the company was completely unreachable no calls returned, no emergency contact, and no response on social media. With no updates and my event at risk, I was forced to hire another company and pay in full. South Party Rental finally showed up at noon on the day of the event, which was two days after the scheduled delivery and after I had already secured replacements. This is a clear breach of contract and highly unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. I am currently waiting for a refund!
