Life's a party and you're always invited! I called this business a couple of weeks before my kids' backyard birthday bash to entertain 10 children between ages 2 to 7 for an hour. The business owner sent me a contract and to confirm the date, I paid a deposit. The day of the party, 2 super friendly young women arrived with party equipment they set up then asked for my permission to begin. They had the children play so many games right after each other including ones with a parachute and a toilet paper blower (yay!) that my kids slept like logs that evening. They also sculpted balloon animals for each child and provided T-shirts for the celebrants. A lot of the guests said it was the best party ever. The two women that came to entertain did not disappoint! They were professional and engaged with the kids. I even asked them to substitute one of their activities and they came up with an alternative option seamlessly. The kids had an amazing time and I even witnessed one of the women approaching kids to make sure they got a balloon animal and face painting. I deeply regret my decision to invite the party maniacs to our son's birthday celebration at the park, despite reading the reviews. How I wish I had taken those reviews seriously! If it were possible, I would give this entertainer less than a single star. Seriously, under no circumstances should you ever consider inviting them. It was, without a doubt, the most disappointing and regrettable expenditure of $400. On the day of the party, two ladies showed up to provide entertainment, and one of them wore a perpetually sour and angry expression that was simply unbelievable. It seemed as though she considered herself doing us a favor by being there, even though she was responsible for face painting. It took considerable effort to convince the children to approach her for face painting. The other lady made a somewhat better attempt, and I do appreciate that. However, the overall organization and games were utterly lackluster, leaving me feeling embarrassed and compelled to apologize to our guests for the abysmal entertainers we had invited. It was a woeful experience. Allow me to express my profound dissatisfaction with the following grievances: (1) Despite explicitly stating that the children ranged from 9 years and older, they failed to tailor the activities to suit this age group; (2) Everything felt rushed, as if the entertainers simply wanted to be done with the event as quickly as possible; (3) The face painting was horrendous and fell far short of being considered art (and I even have doubts about the cleanliness and quality of the products used); (4) Balloon sculpting was limited in choice and variety; (5) And the list goes on. I have so much more to say, but the crux of the matter is this: I absolutely do not recommend their services! What makes it even more disheartening is that every parent in attendance at the birthday party unanimously agreed that they would never, under any circumstances, consider hiring Party Maniacs in the future. It is truly dispiriting to witness the potential for a fantastic entertainer squandered due to laziness and carelessness. read more

We had Party Maniacs for a 7 yr old birthday parry they were a HUGE hit. They did all their activities from the standard package I picked plus I added a few items like sand art bottle, piñata, & the basketball hoop. It was non stop activities and it was great! The parents even loved it especially with the tug of war when the parents were invited to play agains the kids! Super funny! It was just so great & memorable, especially that we weren't able to celebrate last year because of COVID. Thank you Scott & team for helping us create great memories! NOTES: There were about 20 kids in my party. With all the activities plus the extras that I picked, I should have allotted 1.5 hours for the activities. Party Maniacs also brings their own AV (1 speaker) & they play music the whole time during the activities. And they use a small megaphone for speaking. I was a little worried about the toilette paper game but they actually make a game out of the kids picking up the mess & throwing it away. HA! I love it! No table was needed during the sand art. They had the sand in little bottles to pour out so it was all very contained. I had asked for face painting but they said I would need each parent (of the child getting the face painting ) to sign a waiver. I didn't want to go through all that so I opted out. read more

I was expecting it to better. Two young kids show up to do the job one didn't say much, didn't smile at all. It was a 3rd birthday party with a decent amount of kids and the workers were not exciting to get the party going and keep it going half of the kids lost interest and I felt like it was fun activities with boring people operating it. I am beyond thrilled with the job Party Maniacs did for my son's 4th birthday party - he's still talking about it days later. Scott was very professional & courteous as we planned the event a few months out (holiday birthdays can be a little tricky). He & his partner kept over 30 kids, ages 3-5, completely entertained for over an hour. They did the parachute, the toilet paper shooter, hand painting/"tattoos" (some parents didn't want face painting), balloon animals, bubble wrap, limbo, singing, dancing, even a puppet - you name it. Honestly, my face hurt after the party from laughing so hard! Party Maniacs came up as one of the options. After reviewing the descriptions and the videos on their site I suggested them as my top choice for the party. She agreed, booked them, and the party was today. It was an absolute joy to see how much the kids (23 of them, ranging from 3 - 11, most around ages 4-6) were energized. For 1.5 hours they were kept entertained. The toilet paper blower was probably the favorite, with the bubble wrap dance a close 2nd, but they had so many other activities up their sleeves. The Thursday before my sons 3rd birthday party (which was on Sunday) I realized I had no idea how I was planning to entertain 25 kids of varying ages. I reached out to the people of Party Maniacs, not actually believing they would be able to help me, but grasping at straws. Scott replied to me promptly and gave me all the info I needed. They would be able to help me if I wanted. I just bought a house, and I am on a budget, so when I was told the price I was a bit hesitant. I could get a baloon guy for $100/hour and this was more than twice that! But I didn't feel that baloons alone were gonna cut it for a party so I went ahead and booked it. I crossed my fingers and hoped. On Sunday the boys showed up promptly. They set up quickly, no muss no fuss and started to do their thing. EVERY SINGLE CHILD was completely enthralled the ENTIRE time. Not a single straggler. The parents were amazed, asking me where I found these people. for a whole hour not a single parent had to run after their kids and try to get them to participate. They all got to just sit and relax and enjoy the show. This was the party of the year, by a long shot. It was worth every penny, and I will reccomend them to everyone and anyone who will listen.
