Eric at Party Pix went above and beyond. First of all we were one of those weddings that had to postpone for 2 years because of the friggin pandemic. But that did not stop Eric's commitment to us. We went with the Infinity Booth Deluxe Package (3hrs) w/ unlimited multiple prints so people could get as many photos as they wanted. I wanted a VERY specific set up for our Photo Booth and was nervous that it may not be possible or not quite how I envisioned it in my head. But Eric was on board right when I told him and even excited about it. That set me at ease! We didn't want our Photo Booth to not look like a normal wedding Photo Booth, we wanted it to be a whole experience for our guests, so Eric created a custom photo booth package for us. We had our wedding at Kualoa Ranch (where Jurassic Park was filmed) and I wanted the photo booth to look like a scene out of Jurassic Park. Eric quickly came up with an idea for a jungle backdrop(which he had printed for us!) / green lighting / lots of plants AND a blow up t-rex. I know it sounds like it was child's birthday party but he made it look sooo awesome and professional. What I also loved about Party Pix were the different layout choices (you get to choose from 16 different layouts) we got to pick from on how the photos printed. We went with the layout that showed 1 whole photo (layout P) versus the traditional 3 phots vertically. I was thrilled and everyone at the wedding had so much fun with it. Eric was our Photo Booth taker on the day too and he made everyone have a blast. It was also so nice to finally meet him after 3 years of planning the wedding! He felt like an old friend. If you are looking for a Photo Booth use Party Pix! And just so you know, the props he has are signs that say funny things on them. Let me just share with you all that Party Pix Hawaii came in clutch for my grandma's 100th year birthday celebration. So, behind the scenes...the grandkids were planning the party (decorations; entertainment; program). One of the things I suggested was a photo booth because my grandma LOVES photos. Around December or January, my sister shared that another photography company didn't get back to her (no call back or email). I remembered Party Pix Hawaii because they did PAR (formerly Tesoro) Christmas parties. I recommended them to my sister and told her if she liked what she saw on their website, contact them and then let me know because I'll pay for it. Party Pix Hawaii contacted her quickly and provided the package/price and payment options. Payment options were great because they also accepted Venmo! From the first moment we contacted, Eric from Party Pix Hawaii remained in contact with my sister despite their heavy schedule because during this time they were doing a trade show as well as other parties. Prior to the party, he sent a mock-up of the picture frames for the photos. I'm not sure how much my sister shared with him about my grandma but the floral frame he designed complimented my grandma so well especially because he made sure the design was aligned with our color scheme of the party. On the day of the event, they arrived early to set up. While they had many costume props to choose from for your photos, they also allowed us to place two WWE life size poster boards of John Cena and Roman Reign (Yes, my grandma is a HUGE WWE fan) as backdrop props! We chose the package where guests could do unlimited photos along with Party Pix Hawaii creating a photo album for my grandma of all the photos that were taken at the party! I was the best man to my best friend's wedding back in April 2017. My friend hired this company and I felt they did an amaaazing job. They worked really hard. Their setup was in the corner and they were taking pics of a lot of people there and printing out the photos on the spot. They had accessories so you could dress up and be silly. I loved that Party Pix had a wide variety of different photobooths mainly why they were our top vendor choices in picking a photobooth company. I recently saw the new mirror one that I wish we had at our wedding but we already were on a budget so we decided to opt out of it this time around. Who knows maybe we might consider for our daughter's 1st birthday?! Anyways, we got a special deal with Party Pix under Team Bride Team Groom HI who are vendor partners. We got the open air photobooth for our wedding because we knew we had people who doesn't like the restriction of having to go in a tiny photobooth that limited the amount of people who can take a picture. Although I only had to deal with TBTGHI, Eric still kept in contact with me throughout the year to let us know of anything we needed to submit to ensure our night goes as planned. A few weeks before the wedding, he contacted me to work on our layout. He was quick to give me several designs that we could start editing from. We made several changes and finally came up with a layout that was perfect for our theme wedding. Eric did an amazing job at our wedding this last September 2014. I had inquired about Party Pix Mobile Phone Party services 5 months prior to my wedding and each time was greeted by professional, courteous and prompt replies. My biggest concern before booking this unique service was the ease of use and quality of the prints. Eric explained that each table would have instructions on how to use the Mobile Phone Party app which, day of the event they did. As soon as I received sample photos from Eric, it was a go. The quality of the prints and paper were surprisingly good. I wanted our guests to be able to take home a 4x6 photo album wedding favor filled with pictures they took while at our wedding ceremony and reception and yes, they sure did fill up their books and kept Eric busy! The Party Pix Mobile Phone Party option allowed our guests to take photos with their very own smart phones at our wedding and then, using a special photo app send them directly to a photo printer in the room Eric had set up via wi-fi. Printing was instantaneous. As soon as someone took a photo, they sent it off to the printer and Eric placed it in a photo holder, ready for pick up at the photo table. At one time our guests were printing so many photos the table ran out of space for the prints. In addition to the ability to take as many photos as our guests wanted throughout the night, Eric also setup a Photo Booth with lots of fun (and not too cheesy) props . Wasn't expecting this at all, but the flower petal background was great. The photo booth was welcoming and Eric's recommended flower petal background with a red carpet was a great fit for our wedding. The Mobile Phone Party was a hit with our guests, and gave my husband and me instant feedback of how the nights event went from our guests perspective. At the end of the night, Eric gave us a USB drive that contained all of the fun photos our guest had taken One surprise added bonus/nice touch Eric did was to incorporate our invitation design of a bird of paradise onto the bottom of the photo prints with our names and date of our wedding.
