The supplies they provide are great! Anything you can think of. Table decorations, serving dishes, cups, plates, table clothes, tables, etc. They had what we needed. While we did have a wonderful experience with the items we did get, I'm docking them a star because twice we ordered square plates and twice they didn't have them. In regards to the square plates I think they could have handled it better, otherwise they were wonderful to deal with! We came in with some ideas, the went in back and came out and created a demo set up right on the spot. They helped us tweak it until it was amazing. They told us exactly what dimensions of things like tables and chairs they needed to make sure everything would fit properly. We went back to the venue, tape measure and camera in hand and documented everything. We learned that in this case, a picture was worth the trip. We were able to show exactly the shape of the chair backs to get the right covers. As with every wedding, things change. Our counts changed, we figured out that we needed a coffee pot for the day after, we added a couple of accessory tables, simple things like that. The people at Personal Touch handled it with ease and updated the contract with every change order. Incredibly professional, understanding, and friendly. On the Friday before the wedding, I picked everything up at the time they said it would be ready. When our friends unpacked everything to set up, we had everything we ordered and nothing extra. Everything was clean, pressed, and ready for display. On the business side, we had looked at other rental places and Personal Touch was by far the most cost effective, making the value we received exceptional. We could not have been happier.

I only…read morehad 4 days to find a 20'x40' tent that had a cooling system (I didn't even know they had these, but we had planned an outdoor event for 65 people and the forecast was 96-degrees). I reached out to several companies early one morning, and Mike was the first one to call me back - it was within an hour or 2, not 24 hours like some other companies. He said he had everything we needed. And he was right! He and his awesome team showed up the evening before the event, put the big tent up, strung up some Edison lights, put on the side walls, and set up the evaporative cooling units. Mike even came back the next day, 2 hours before the party started to fill the coolers with water and ice and fire them up. The next day, his crew came by again to take everything down, just like they said they would. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Mike and his Top Dog team! They really saved the (very hot) day!! I highly recommend them!

Event Source fulfills some kind of strange, sick need within my soul…read more I'm one of those people who daydreams about setting tables. Weird but true! In Event Source, I can play with the table settings to my heart's content. Whenever I have cause to be in here, I literally look at the options and try to dream up events where I can employ my fantasies. Those are some pretty strong feelings about tablecloths, eh?! Tablecloths, napkins, flatware, china, serving pieces, chairs, tables, the list goes on and on. You'd be really surprised what you can rent for your event! And boy, do I. For our wedding, I liked the linens that came with the venue, but we punched up the tables by adding a different napkin and a table runner. For the more "VIP" tables we changed out the tablecloth and napkin, and added chargers. Doing the whole room would've been a little too spendy, but with Event Source, we could very effectively make our wedding look above-ordinary. I also used Event Source when I hosted Thanksgiving for 22 people at my house. I ordered all the china (I have some nice china, but man, who has 22 place settings?), which was super fun because of course I went with something I wouldn't have BOUGHT in that kind of quantity. Gold filigree for everyone! (Also, bread plates, gold handled flatware, gold rimmed water goblet and wine glass.) Napkins and tablecloths, too. A plate is, like, less than $2 to rent. Totally worth it. The best part -- didn't have to wash dishes! Yep, ES asks that you return them "dirty" (we rinsed at least). Same goes for linens. Just put 'em in the provided laundry bags. Do you know how long it would've taken me to launder and iron all those table linens?! It may have never gotten done. You can rent things in sets of 10 (some other items may have different quantities... Ask!). Think beyond the wedding. ES is a lifesaver (and a dreamscape) for other events as well! Customer service is top notch. Next time you're headed to ES, can I come?

I wanna say I had the best experience with them. the owner Chad is a great person he communicated…read morewith me days before bring my tables and chairs when he dropped them off he was kind and talked to all of us and even interacted with the kids. the day of pick up him and his wife was so kind they loaded everything up and after they was done they stayed and talked to all of us and even played with the animals. i would def recommend them to anyone needing party tent or tables and chairs for any event.

We finally texted Chad, only to be told he could not come out and would let us know when he would be out. He showed up 2 days later (1 day before the party) by himself, so we had to help him put the tent up, along with the tables and chairs. The tables and chairs were filthy and had to be scrubbed before our guests arrived. The party ended on Sunday and we arranged for him to take everything down on Monday or Tuesday. He then put it off until Thursday. Thursday afternoon he texted he'd be out Saturday, but we told him he needed to take it down now, as it was blocking access to our barn. We also specified he'd better bring someone to help him, as we were not going to. He arrived late Thursday and took it down. Totally unreliable from start to finish - BEWARE!
