A few miles out on a dirt road, off Hwy 7 and 65, you will come to an old farm looking venue. There is a silo type building that is used for the men's dressing and waiting area, a room off the main "hall/barn" for the bride's room. Both rooms are decorated and perfect for the occasion. The main room is wide open with a bar area. The A/C worked wonderfully which was awesome since temps were in the 100s at wedding time. Large round tables with chairs are for use, plus benches for seating outside. Outside the main building you'll find a pavilion with areas for seating and viewing. Spotted around the venue are round bales of hay, a tractor, wooden benches, large grassy fields and a trail to a pond. The large grassy field was perfect for sunset pictures. There's a dance floor under strings of lights. The background for pictures is amazing! There is also an outside, covered, bar area as well. I helped decorate for the wedding and inside a large storage room were TONS of decorations that we were free to use if we wanted; lanterns, imitation flowers, signs, chalkboards, watering cans, burlap, lace, crates, table cloths, vases, it was like Hobby Lobby exploded in there! We did bring our own décor, but this place had so much more to help us accentuate and perfect this wedding day. I think the only downside to the venue was the amount of wasps that were around. We sprayed the area several times the day prior, and morning of, the wedding so by the time the guests arrived it was a lot more under control and not an issue really. I was not in charge of booking, nor had any contact with the owner, but it was obvious that this place was loved and had a lot of thought go into it. This venue would be awesome for any wedding... simple or fancy. It also would be ideal for any other large gathering such as family reunions or company picnics. Lots of parking, lots of grassy area, plenty of indoor and outdoor room for seating and tables. This could not have been any more perfect for our much loved bride and groom!! I wanted to post so many more pictures but most of mine have people in them, but I think you can get the idea by what I've posted. I hired her for my wedding after a few emails and phone calls. Being that I was 1300 miles away from OKC I was a little nervous. The day of our wedding Victoria showed up on time, dressed professionally and with all of her equipment. She was able to organize our big family and take amazing pictures of us all. She specializes in family portraits, but she did a fantastic job of photographing my wedding. We also did an engagement session with her and she was fantastic during that as well. Her pictures capture the real you. They capture not only people, but the emotions of the people in the picture. I was extremely lucky to find her and I plan to continue to travel 1300 miles to her or fly her out for all of my future special moments. She is the sweetest and just an overall great photographer. She said she could do Thursday, which was like three days away. After agreeing I asked her to let me know the time and place. She told me to pay her first so she could get me booked. I wondered about this, but I did it anyways through Paypal. Stupidly. After she received my payment I didn't no hear back from her. So I tried contacting her through fb( this was how we talked at the beginning) with no luck. So I tried her personal fb. With no luck. I tried for the three days to get a hold of her and never heard from her. I found her phone number and called her over and over even sent text messages. Still nothing. Finally I asked my cousin if she knew what could be the problem and she said she wasn't sure, because she had been texting Victoria all morning. Well Thursday evening victoria sends me a message saying she is not at her computer so she can't contact me so I'll have to wait...... And two minutes later she calls me saying she had no service for days....which I knew not to be true because I seen her update her status on fb and so I commented on it like 5 seconds after she posted so how could she not see? She than tells me we're still on for our session which it was like 4:00 in the evening and I live an hour way from where she was. I told her I couldn't do it and I wanted to cancel and would like my money back. She than told me I couldn't do that and she would not be returning my money. I was beyond upset. After arguing for days she agreed to give back $50 of my payment! At that same time I contacted paypal and filed a claim against her. And this went on for almost two weeks. She would ignore my calls and texts and would hardly respond. She contacted paypal and told them nothing was wrong and she still offered to do my session! So paypal was no help. I waited for her to at least refund my $50 and I still have not received it nor have I heard from her. This was seven months ago. If I could give no stars I would. She was very unprofessional,rude,unkind and just plain dishonest. Who does that to their clients?

I had a one night stay. When I walked into the room, there was a lovely scent. It was not…read moreoverpowering, to me anyways. My stay was good, and for the price you get a lot. The room is large with a good size refrigerator and freezer as well as a small microwave. If you're looking for the ice bucket like I was, it's inside the freezer. There is also a small dining table with 2 chairs. Sofa for lounging, watching the large TV that is on a swival so you can watch from the couch or the bed. The reason I can't give this 5 stars, is because the cleaners could have done a better job. The fridge had gunk on the side, the tub had soap scum build up in the corners of the tub. The couple that stayed in the room next to me, I could hear them chatting all the way up until a little after 11pm. I did speak with the front desk upon my check out to provide them with this feedback and the woman said she would discuss with the cleaners. The rest of the room was clean. I always check the mattress for bugs before I get into it, and I thankfully did not see any. The sheets smelled as though they had been recently washed. If they can do a more thorough job of cleaning, then I'd be able to give a higher rating.

The bed was 'ok' but brick hard. and the sofa, well, it had a lighter in the cushions, which tells me that the cleaning crew...not so thorough, and the sheets seemed to be more suited for a queen bed than a king. It was large, and relatively comfortable though. The staff was very nice and the since we were there to see our aging grandmother, we were happy to have the place to wind down in the evening. would have liked a pool though...that was a bit odd to have a hotel with no pool.
