I have enclosed the quote that you provided me indicating the $420.00 I paid Joe in cash on Friday night included set up, delivery and pick up. As I indicated in the phone conversation we had Saturday morning, the floor was left for us to set up, and remove all the trip hazards Joe left. I am also enclosing the text messages between Joe and myself in regard to the delivery time being changed multiple times and he never made one on the times he indicated. He showed up at 8:30 pm and did not leave my house Friday night until 10pm! Unacceptable. He also indicated he had another event that is why he was so late. However he did not mention this at any time except when he finally showed up and I was a little irritated, as I watched him try and back into my driveway inches away from my car. I had to stop him and ask him to pull out so I could move my car so he didn't hit it. There was no indication that he expected payment upon delivery, again his attitude sucks! Very Rude.
