I reached out on the Friday before my Sunday event to confirm time of delivery and never heard back that day. I then received a voicemail Saturday morning confirming a 9:30am delivery (party start time was 11:00am). The day of my event, I called the number that left a voicemail at 9:45 asking for an update on the delivery drop off as they were already :15 late. The woman I spoke with said she would contact the driver and get back to me. I then continued to follow up via phone multiple times for the next :45 minutes and was continuously sent to voicemail. A delivery driver arrived at my house at 10:30 - an hour past confirmed delivery and :30 until my party was to start. The driver informed me that the rentals would just be stacked as I did not pay for the setup fee and looked put out when I pointed out that one of the chairs was extremely dirty and needed to be wiped down. I understand that this was most likely a small order in comparison to some rentals for this company but the stress and anxiety this caused for me as a host was unacceptable and to have zero contact with corporate as to why my rentals were an hour late is unacceptable. I will never be using DPR again and will actively be letting my network know they are unreliable and have poor customer service.

My issue is that the balloons and frame were not removed in accordance to the timeline laid out in our contract (3-7 days). On day 6, Kelly promised that someone would come that day or the next day. By day 11, the balloons and frame were still not removed, and basically half of the balloons had drifted off the frame and littered our neighborhood over the prior 4 or 5 days.
