He was super-high-energy, and funny as heck, doing prop comedy, juggling, telling jokes, and performing magic that entertained the parents as much as the kids. My husband and I enjoyed it so much, we chatted with him a bit after the show and found out he has a whole crew of performers with an amazing array of talents. So, then we had this idea for Halloween. ;) A hayride, a stilt walker, a fire breather/eater, witches, a magician, living statues, a fortune teller, jugglers, and a guy with a passel of reptiles that he parades around for the guests to pet and be in awe of. ;) Well, our youngest just turned 9, and she wanted a visit from a mermaid princess at her birthday party. Which is understandable. However, I never got an update when they would be opening back up. I had to reach out to them and was told they couldn't fit me in for weeks, by then my new born was too big. We talked about a sitter session or cake smash, and they would hold on to my deposit. Fine. I reach out 2 months before her year and I am told they can't get me in until April and send me info like I had never talked to them before. When I tell them I would like my money back I got a rude message back.

Our overall experience was short of blissful. To preface I've worked in this field for years myself and had some baseline expectation but even that aside, this was a horrible experience. 1. During the studio session our little 2 year old spotted a bear in the prop basket and asked if she could hug it, Linda accepted. Our little one continued to hug the bear for couple more minutes before Linda spewed out angrily blaming a 2 year old for tearing up a bear and threatening us to pay for it. Now I can reassure you this bear was fully intact and did not have any damage to it but my wife and I decided to overlook it. 2. Everything is an up-charge; photos on their free cadence would be ready ~ 4 weeks later? You want it in two days? That's +$75 charge! I was appalled!! There was lack of lateral consistency of overall costs of the shoot to delivery of work. Most professionals charging that much would churn a session into 3-5 business day delivery. This really prolonged and eroded the excitement of sharing this moments with broader family in a timely manner. There's not healthy proportion of cost and their ability to deliver. 3. Posting on social media and website without permission. 4. Communication was stalled out often; emails would not answered for days and calls would not get picked up. When I went to pick up the printed photos, L&I.T photography failed to resend their address timely even after emails & phone calls. This left me out wandering trying to trace my drive there from memory. After arriving for pick up and trying to communicate frustrations with my experience; Linda answers the door and disregards my concerns; citing that she's in a studio session, that's I'm late for the pick up and that I should memorize the drive from memory. That unpleasant exchange sealed it for me. You can check everywhere; their address is not listed; and yes I get privacy reasons of running a business from home, but that's the risk one takes publicly if running business in good faith. To my bottom PS PS: Collin county doesn't seem to know you exist. Maybe you should get your MCC business license
