I was easily able to submit my inquiry/request on their website and they responded to me within 24 hours! I had a few changes to make to my order and they were very accommodating. The employees that came out to the venues to set up the balloons wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. Both parties, I received so many compliments. The metallic options for the balloons are so pretty, I can't wait to use this vendor again!

After multiple emails, the pricing kept changing, and every new quote added more questionable fees. They started with a reasonable number, then suddenly added inflated charges like excessive delivery fees, "basic labor," and extra handling fees that made the final total skyrocket. It felt very misleading and honestly like a bait-and-switch. I was not even booking a full event, just trying to rent a dance floor, and the final price was completely unreasonable for such a small request. The business was incredibly responsive and very flexible to my sisters many date changes. My poor nephew had a fever the whole week before his birthday, but luckily he broke it and we were able to reschedule for the following day. I think we must've given four schedule changes ay yi yi. But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it. You could fit 2 adults and kids in each car and the train came with three cars. Again, I highly recommend calling for a quote and booking them for your next kids party or event!
