I originally got a competitive estimate from Pasco towing, which I agreed to for a container relocation. Upon arrival, the driver found the container in an odd position and communicated. It would require a bit more time, with a mild price adjustment. I approved and got a call shortly after they were on the way; not as much time or work, so less the fee. Upon arrival, the driver (Gary) worked with us well to position and drop our delivery where we requested, paying extra attention and consideration to our requests. Needed a tow truck in Port Richey so I called Pasco Towing and they charged me $95 for one mile. I am not exaggerating , this is legal thievery at work. I am moving from this place soon as I sell my house as this is a common occurrence here . I will never deal with them again . Omg this company is horrible!! I set up a tow and they charged me $75.00 then they lied and said the police showed up and that's why they didn't end up towing the vehicle. I called every police department and none had record that any officer arrived. I called back to Pasco Towing on multiple occasions to request a refund and the name of the officer who supposedly showed up to stop the tow. Our van broke down on the North side of the Skyway Bridge. AAA was notified and they dispatched Pasco Towing around 3pm. We waited until 4:05 when we recalled AAA. After being on hold for 20 minutes, AAA told us they bailed out and was not coming. We waited over 2 hours. Would not recommend this business. When you sign up to tow by contract for AAA, it's sad you can't provide that service and leave people stranded. Karma!!!! read more

got my bike towed due to an accident and they told me the bike could not be rolled up because the wheel was locked so they started dragging the bike on it's side onto the flatbed messing the bike up way more then it was before,after getting the bike off the truck and getting on 2 wheels it rolled perfectly fine into my garage.Called to get names of the tow truck driver and supervisor but they hung up on my face and blocked me.I will be taking further legal action for property damage. read more

I called Pasco Towing early in morning to tow my car from my work place to an auto repair shop some 10 miles away. We arranged an appointment for 2:30 pm later this same day at my workplace. I arrived early at 2:00 pm and called Pasco to confirm my presence our meeting. But, by 3 pm, there still was no Pasco Towing truck. So, I called again. They told me they would have someone over within half an hour. Finally, they showed up at 5 pm, 2 and a half hour late. These guys are not professionals. As for the price, they are not the cheapest. When my car broke down and refused to start, I asked the shop which towing company I should call. My mechanic told me that he had an arrangement with Pasco towing where they would tow the car and my mechanic would charge me for the towing costs when I paid his bill. I called Pasco towing at 3PM and they told me that their driver was out on a run but would be at my house to tow my car to the shop in an hour. I called Enterprise rental car to meet me at the shop at 5PM. The shop closes at 6PM so there should have been plenty of time to tow the car there, pick up the rental car, and go home before the shop closed. Unfortunately, Pasco towing didn't show up at my house until 9PM, 6 hours after calling them. I had to cancel my Enterprise reservation. When the driver arrived, he didn't know anything about the arrangement between his employer and the mechanic, so he charged my credit card for the tow. Since he arrived so late, it was too late for him to call the mechanic to discuss the payment arrangements... My mechanic repaired my car and I was able to call Uber for a ride to pick it up. I didn't bother looking at the work order receipt to see what I had paid for until I got home. The mechanic had charged me for the tow as he said he was going to do. When I called the mechanic about this overcharge, he told me that he had called Pasco towing to find out how much the tow charge would be. IOW, Pasco towing gave him a price knowing that I had already paid in full the night before. I called Bob at Pasco towing to get him to credit my credit card account for the charge but they gave me the runaround. So I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. That's when Bob @ Pasco Towing decided to take this seriously. Later, he called me back and claimed that my mechanic told him that he had already paid me back even though it wasn't true. Bob told my credit card company the same thing, so they reversed the dispute in their favor... I called my mechanic and he told me that he would refund my money. His shop is a 45 minute drive from my house so I wasn't happy that I had to make this unnecessary trip. As a result of this incident, my mechanic won't be referring any of his customers to Pasco Towing ever again... If you don't like being ripped off or waiting hours for the tow truck driver to pick up your car, you might want to avoid Pasco Towing... read more

Really unprofessional, called me a f**n b*h when i was upset. Called me many other names that i won't mention. Told us one price to release the Semi, then when we went to pick up the truck, the rate went up another $100. Totally rude, threatened to fight me (a woman!) Because we were upset. Bunch of thieves. Never use this company people... you'll be ripped off, threatened and called names. The big heavyset guy was the one who threatened me, a woman who maybe weighs 130# soaking wet...with my kids in the car. Oh, they won't give you an invoice to pay until AFTER you pay them. And are supposedly cash only. But their site says all the cc are accepted. THEN, after we paid their extortion fee, got the vehicle released, drove home, and guess what? They FOLLOWED us home and threatened to tow it again... maybe 10 minutes after we got it released. Even brought 2 trucks. For ONE vehicle. We had to get the local pd involved, who were pretty worthless, and refused to even write a report. Bottom line, they are rude, unprofessional, and threaten you when you don't back down from their bs. And then even after you complete your "business" with them, they'll stalk you home, continue the harassment, and threaten you some more. read more

I called the company to ask if they would talk to the driver, and the man that answered the phone was rude and disrespectful.
