They offer both open bed and enclosed trailers for rent. They normally have available the smaller 10ft box truck and the large 24 ft box truck. Open and enclosed trailers are hit or miss from this location. The fees to rent are normally $19.95 for the 10ft plus 79 cents per mile, or $39.99 plus 79 cents per mile for the 24 ft box truck. They offer one way or round trip options, either you your proof of insurance, or purchase additional insurance for a few dollars more. They have 24 hr drop off if you return after hours with the U-Haul, just drop the keys thru the slot in the building. It takes about 20 minutes or more to go thru the paperwork, get your driver's license and check the truck out before leaving the facility. U-Haul can also install a hitch on your vehicle for about $150 if it needs one. They sell packing supplies, boxes of various sizes, packing tape, and more. You can rent a dolly for about $7 extra if needed for moving heavy items.

They stock all types of items such as; various sizes and colors of paper, restroom items, binders, ink and toner, electronics, cleaning supplies, break room supplies, office furniture, office safety items, calendars, stationary, and much more! The staff is helpful and nice and can get you in and out pretty quickly. They can also ship you items, but if local, it's quick and easy to just pick them up if you need them quickly.

The clerks always let me know there is a survey that you can go online to fill out and let them know how they're doing. This is an older building and is in need of some updating. There is street parking available in some additional parking on the side of the building. One thing I have noticed is sometimes when dropping the mail off in the outdoor mail bins, the "Out of Town" one gets quite full towards the end of the day. Sometimes the mail is almost falling out! I mentioned this to one of the clerks at the window and she said they do try to do their best to keep up with it. She did say that mail can be put in either mailbox, it does NOT matter whether it says local or out of town so that was good to know. Review #49 02/18/17
