On return of her belongings she found many valuable items missing such as a valuable designer coat , 2 designer bags , shorts and many other clothing items. After my friend calling them and feeling embarrassed at doing so they eventually admitted they couldn't find any of those items!!! And offered a measly $500 compensation, the coat alone was over $500 !! Shaun was dealing with this issue and I believe they should pay her more for the total loss of her possessions as they should be held responsible for the loss. Surely a company that stores household belongings due to fire , flood etc should keep an inventory of what was removed from any property. Not happy with this situation and I believe they got off lightly. Amazingly enough only designer items went missing all well known brand names nothing cheap and unknown!! Make of that what you will
