You can go to swim laps or participate in an aquagym class but I recommend taking advantage of the other amenities offered. For 22 Euros your can use the Roman baths, the salt cave, hammam, sauna, outdoor heated pool and area. Try going during the week as the experience might not be as pleasant when it's crowded.

The outside pool is set in a beautiful garden. I participated in both the steam ritual and the sauna ritual and found them both to be just incredible/ relaxing and rejuvenating. I also enjoyed the delicious homemade quiche lunch. All the staff members are kind and helpful and speak excellent English, I was especially charmed by Pascal the spa manager.
