THey took pictures of it. 6 months later, I discovered that the ductwork was not connected to the vents! upon calling them, Cantey had ductwork attached to the vents but did not rehang the ductwork. They said they had not quoted doing that and it was usually done by a seperate contractor. My point was that it was blatnetly obvious it needed to be done and why did they not tell me they werent going to fix it or that they would have to refer another contractor? After several back and forth emails/calls, they have gone radio silent on the issue.
