since new owners took over it's been the worst experience. my nail polish is all over my cuticles, my pinky nail has been on fire since she has done it. she's cut me and burned me. I loved this place when the old owners were in charge. i've been going here for over two years and never had an issue with them, since them leaving i'm very disappointed. the price went up every time I went in since then, no clear cut price. the vibe is completely off, unfortunately will have to find any other place with the right people again. make me sad to leave something behind i've been going to for a while, however it's no longer up to par. hope they do better. read more

I find it a relaxing environment and they are very pleasant and when I leave they are my nails look beautiful I highly recommend going there to treat yourself to a relaxing manicure and the massages are nice they really feel good. I always call ahead of time to set up an appointment that always cuts down on the wedding time tremendously most times I don't have to wait I make an appointment I go in and they take me within five minutes very easy read more

Not sure if these clients are REVIEWING the right nail salon but I have been getting acrylic nails here for over 10 years and never had a problem with the staff or the outcome of my manicure, pedicure, eyebrow wax, etc. . . . They even have combo specials which many places don't offer, say a nail fill and pedicure for $35! This is PASSION NAILS in Wind Gap, PA . . . . in the Giant shopping center on Male Road; they are very efficient and do nice work as many of the staff has been there as log as I can remember; just had my nails done and they look like natural nails; try this place and see for yourself. . . ask for Tommy, Loch and any of the nail gals!!!! read more

Great Service, Great Value!! I started working in the Wind Gap area so I wanted to find a local spot that was A. cost effective B. easy to get in and out of and C. Quality acrylics. Located in the Giant shopping Center in Wind Gap- Worst salon I have ever been to. The other poster is correct, they leave acrylic and clear coat all over your skin. You literally have to go home and clean your own nails up. Hoping I can post a picture of the aftermath. I give up on that place. They never have a wait, now I know why. read more

Absolutely horrible. The WORST service with the rudest people in a small little dirty dive salon. I think the best word is "Unreal", my experience was that bad. First, they took someone ahead of me which is often commen but then he put the water on, left the pedicure water on and helped someone else with thier nails despite me saying "the water is flooding"- when he finally shut off the pedicure water, it had flooded the floor and I watched him clean it with a small facecloth and sponge the dirty water floor into a buckle for ONE HOUR. I finally said that I was paying for a babysitting and needed him to please hurry. He then did a 5 minute pedicure that looked horrible, didn't do the service I asked for and I said I was not going to pay unless "someone else fix it"- he then translated that into I wasn't paying at all and called the police on me! The police laughed at him and actually told me they get called here often by customers who refuse to pay for such poor service! What a waste of yes... THREE HOURS! Do NOT go to Passion Nails in Wind Gap, PA ever! read more

Never go there...my nails look like someone glued chiclets on them. 4 hours for nail fill, polish and pedicure. Never cleaned around my nails so skin full of nail polish. 4 different people worked on me. Crazy! Still $60 charge even though I complained. They told me pay for fill and go elsewhere. Never going back there again. Shoddiest work I have ever seen! read more
