I was so excited to come in to get pedicure. It was the worse experience ever not relaxing at all. All she did was cut my nails completed crooked push my cuticles a bit and a paint it, that was about it. didn't take my cuticles out in which I have a lot. The most frustrating experience ever. I've never felt so compelled to write a review before; I got the Yelp app just to write this review because I couldn't possibly let this experience go unshared. This was my second time here, and as expected, the service and quality were incomparable with any other nail salon experience that I've had. The first time (probably around a month ago, didn't write a review then because I wanted to let my second experience here confirm whether I would write a review or not), I got my nails and eyebrows done by Michelle (she is by far the friendliest and most experienced nail artist I've met! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it happen, no questions asked, and the eyebrow wax didn't hurt at all) and she still remembered my name and even thought to ask how my kids were! This time, I got a mani from Amy and she is so incredibly sweet--and talented! My nails were absolutely gorgeous and her customer service was just as great as Michelle's the last time I came. Definitely recommend having either one of these wonderful ladies do your nails sometime. Overall, the salon has a soothing and welcoming feel to it. It has a large, open space and the workers are always courteous, even when they aren't working directly with you. I am not a big mani/pedi girl, but I had gotten a gel pedicure with some girlfriends out on the Cape last month and needed to have the polish removed. At first I was going to just have it removed, but decided to try a regular pedi instead. I went to CC based on reviews and availability. I was not disappointed! They seemed miffed we were walk-ins, the pedicure seemed very rushed- barely 1/2 hour so not very relaxing, and we were concerned the instruments were not sterilized as they were just in a pile, un-bagged, in a plastic tupperware. Gonna try somewhere else next time. I get pedicures to pamper myself and relax and prefer a quieter, less frenetic atmosphere. read more

I got a gel manicure done I would say it was a good set but my left hand looks like I need a fill right after leaving the salon. However I got seated quick and the service was nice.for $35 dollars for painting my nails a basic color no design or anything and having gaps between already is just not a good thing for my probably wouldn't do again read more

Would give zero stars These women are total asaholes. They completely ruined engagement nails appointment They do not understand customer service in anyway shape or form. I have loyally gone to them for manicures for about a year. I brought family in today, and the team here treated them like garbage. They were clearly annoyed, when they said they couldn't do tips, after that was the appointment I specifically made. The owner was sitting playing on her phone. Hands down the best experience I've had getting my nails done. They were clean before COVID but are even better now. You have to make an appointment no walk ins which I love. Less crowded than before and I feel so safe here. So many COVID protocols in place from the mask mandates to the plexiglass separation to the temperature checks. I absolutely adore this place. The staff are so nice and really listen to what you want. Our last experience was really the best. I had called and made an appointment for a spa pedicure for myself and the mani/pedi for my five year old (as a present for her pre school graduation). They treated my daughter amazingly. They talked to her about everything (my daughter is a talker with no mute button) she was going on about, helped her pick the colors she wanted and they were really good with her while I was getting my pedicure. Finally a decent nail salon in the area! I stopped by on a whim and really enjoyed my experience there. I walked in a Saturday and the place was packed. The good news is there was at least 8 employees there to service all the clients and every seat was taken. I like this salon because they do the hot stone pedicures. My lady spent a decent amount of time massaging my feet and calves which is always a plus. Nail color selection was decent as well. I only gave it 4 stars because the decor was really old, and I think the atmosphere could have been better. However, $25 for a pedi, massage chair, foot massage, hot stones, and quick back massage while my nails dry? I'll definitely be back. read more

This place used to be good and very professional.... I went there a few days ago and had an amazing pedicure with Evelin. That being said, when I went to pay I asked them whom to make the check out to and the front desk woman became very abusive, angry and insulting to me and said that they do not take any checks and that they wanted a card. We just got a new biz checking acct. and we did not receive our card yet in the mail. I advised that and they said they would take it "this time but next time no"- Honey, don't do me any favors. Also some other woman getting her nails done she asked the desk woman how many points she had built up and the same lady said "I don't know how many but if you don;t use them you lost them" and to me that was snarky as well. Clean, nice atmosphere and most of all very relaxing. Many workers, walked in for a basic pedi, no wait. Each station is impeccable. While they file the dead skin off each foot they put your foot on a booster to make it easier for the worker and the client. They also put paraffin wax on your heels which I personally never had with a basic pedi before. When it was time to go to the drying station they finished with a little shoulder massage. I paid under $30. Will be back. Also, I took my 4 yr old daughter and she loved it. I paid $20 for her and they put a cute flower on each big toe. So cute! read more

Didn't really enjoy my experience here. My and my daughter went here for a treat and was very disappointed. I got a pedicure (which was simply okay nothing special lots of smoke and mirror aka oils to disguise shabby technique) and my daughter only got her toenails polished and because my daughter was unhappy with the polish and asked for it to be changed the staff after a group rant in their Asian tongue decided to charge a polish change as a full pedicure. After a few minutes of clarification they then recalculated the charges and it tallied $50.00... Besides the overpricing for customers who speak up when they are dissatisfied it is clear that I will probably not return and most definitely wont tell my friends about it....... Final thoughts: Over priced for the shabby job and less than relaxing ambiance. read more

I took my boyfriend and I for pedicures. We were both amazed! Unlike my usual nail salon, this place is clean, spacious and calm! We made an appointment and we didn't have to wait at all right when we arrived. Our pedicures were cooperate with hot stone, lavender and massage. All that for only $28 a person. We only live 5 minutes away from Cc Nail but never thought of trying this place out because they look expensive compare to the one that we were used to but boy was I wrong! I've been going to CC nails for a few years now, and even during these trying times, they are doing a fantastic job. Checking temperatures when you arrive, and every pen that gets used they dispose of it in a separate bucket (I assume to sanitize later), then they have the glass in front of and around every seat. I always get a pedicure and they always do a great job, but I have to say that I am so impressed with how well they adapted and how extra cautious they are being. Great job !!! read more

The salon is very nice and welcoming. However my sister in-law and I went for a pedicure. Her women didn't cut her nails after repeatedly asking. Mine didn't get all the gel polish off and my nail polish is already coming off and it hasn't even been a week. My sister in-law asked for a fill and the girl said yes. This was our first time there. She started taking her polish off she explained they don't do acrylic so at that point we had to go some place else to get her nails done. I will say the salon is very clean. read more

I love CC Nail Salon. I will never find a better mani pedi anywhere else. My nails are fragile so nail polish usually chips within a day or two. When I get a manicure at CC Nails, the polish lasts for at least a week or longer without even a single tiny chip. During COVID-19 I felt so safe. My temperature was taken and there were acrylic dividers separating me from the nail techs and other patrons. Everyone was wearing a mask the whole time and I saw the nail techs frequently washing their hands. CC Nails deserves all the hype- I swear you wont get a better mani pedi anywhere else! read more
