The class was full but not over-packed, and it was a great workout with a lot of stretching and relaxation. An extra bonus: we met the owner, Ashley, who is local and has a dance background. She is latina and dances GREAT! I love doing REAL zumba classes with a latina dancer. Some Zumba classes I have been to really don't have that latin side, they tone it down for people with no dance ability. Instead Rosa helps you use basic steps to get to the point where you get really good at dancing. Her husband Michael learned to dance from her and is going to be running some classes in October!

They break down the moves and throw new steps at you to keep moving forward. Both are approachable and professional but fun at the same time.
