He allowed his brother to do the job, and it took ten days to do a one day job. He'd work a couple of hours and leave, then not show up for a day or two. I contacted Brandon and told him this was unacceptable. He assured me that it would be handle. Finally late one Sunday night Brandon and his cousin came and hurried to finish the job. They finished about 12:30am Monday morning. That was about a year and a half ago, since then I had to reroute my hot water lines and this past weekend we found that my hot water heater was leaking and destroyed the floor around it. The line that ran to the hot water heater was pieced together with shark bite connections and a galvanized 90-degree elbow. Using pec piping. And the valve was on the floor, and this was where the leak was. During the original work, I had new duct work installed, and it was crushed. As I told Brandon, He is proud of his integrity and professionalism. He had lost both on the job he had done for me.
