To start with, he answered my request on a Sunday. When we set an appointment he showed up and was on time (I think even a touch early, which I am a fan of!), he was the ONLY contractor that showed up on time when I got quotes. After the meeting I had a quote by the end of the day. Again, the fastest to get the quote out. His price ended up being the most reasonable so we went for it. They were neat, clean and tidy the entire time, making sure to keep as low an impact on the day to day living as possible. I also loved that it was the owner and one other person. My backyard wasn't full of random people wandering around the yard and there weren't trucks lining the entire block. They took their time, paid a LOT of attention to detail, worked steadily and were very thorough over the 4 days they were here. Believe me you don't want a rushed job. Could not be happier with the results either, this picture is EXACTLY how I had pictured the thing in my mind.

Had to contact them several times to put the deposit down to get on the schedule then did not hear from them until my property manager contacted them about a timeline to complete the work. The office manager's attitude was consistently rude, making it difficult to work with them. Furthermore, the final quality of their work did not align with the initial quote. The employees left trash and items around the workspace after leaving requiring my property manager and tenants to clean up after. I cannot recommend this company and would not consider using their services again.

Although the owner is incredibly organized, passionate and competent, I believe his work crew does…read morenot have his skill set. We spent months looking for a company that could remove our popcorn ceilings and repaint most of the home. When they set up it looked perfect. Everything was wrapped in plastic, everything was taped off and it looked very professional. When they were trying to fix the seam on the ceiling after removing the popcorn parts, I'm not sure if it was a humidity issue or the type of tape use or what, but it didn't work. Once they we're finished, we realized that the work was mediocre at best. They've finished behind schedule, I think a week or so after the completion deadline date, but we anticipated that because it always happens in our home. In the end, we ended up having to hire a drywall person, a painting person and a professional Cleaner to tackle the ceilings and the walls. They did an amazing job in a short period of time. I really like the owner, he is a very friendly and intelligent person, but you better make sure you know the names and skill levels of any crew working under a contractor or a boss. I believe it was the crew that messed up our ceiling and our walls. And I hope this gentle criticism is not taken personally, this is not personal. But I do hope that the owner might consider further training for his employees, or hiring more experienced workers.
