I got keychain size ones (with five functions) for only 15 Swiss Francs each. Note that the WHITE ones can only be purchased in Switzerland! The main store has a great showroom, but go across the street to Harry's other location where they have all the watches that have been discounted! I wish I had done my research on the price of some of these watches, because you truly can get a bargain. I bought two Jacques du Manoir watches for 100-130 Swiss Francs (which converted 1.14 to US American Dollars) each at the discounted store not realizing that online the cheapest you can get it for is over 200. Also, you cannot buy this brand directly from outside of Switzerland. This was one of those rare times where I wish the saleswoman had convinced me to buy more! She was friendly, but no-pressure, laidback compared to a salesperson I would encounter in America. I had to ask her questions about the products more than her telling me. Also nearby is Harry's souvenir shop where you can buy cowbells, fridge magnets, and other cute souvenirs. The prices listed included tax. If you purchase 300 Swiss Francs or more (cumulatively at all three Harry's stores), you can get your VAT (sales tax) back and the best part is Harry's does the forms for you!

The ladies that helped me were very helpful and showed me different styles for me to choose from for gifts. A Swiss made Swatch watch from Switzerland is a perfect way to commemorate your vacation! There was a promotion for a "Happy Hour" box, where I paid 25 francs for a mystery box. I opened it in the store so the sales lady could see it. It was a beautiful black one with a skull printed on the face! I was terrified of what would be in the box and was pleasantly surprised!!!

However unlike other shops we visited, the isles at Casa Grande felt wider than most other stores, everything was very neat and well organized, and the establishment was fastidiously clean. Overall we found the staff to be polite, friendly, and fluently multi-lingual. Best of all, almost everything was reasonably priced! Two items of special praise for the inventory at Casa Grande: their selection of chocolate bars was expansive (we purchased several multi-packs), and they had virtually every model of Swiss Army Knife in stock with on-site engraving available (we got one for every member of the family). My disappointment came with our ski rentals. We rented skis, Boots, and poles for 3 days. On the second day, someone took my granddaughters skis and left theirs by mistake. We didn't discover this until we got to the slopes the next day because the name label came off the skies. So my grand daughter didn't get to ski that day. We turned in the skis and they told us the other skis were already turned in. No one at Quattro tried to contact us they wouldn't say when her slides were turned in by the other customer but there was a chance that we have have been able to make an exchange with the people and save a skiing day for both children. The store has our name, phone and email because we belong to the loyalty program. We were really disappointed.
