Stumbled into this quiet and unassuming Italian restaurant based on the day's special! What a surprise! The fish and vongole soup kc89 was good, so was the pasta pepperonata kc189. Service was amicable and the place was clean. Unfortunately they do not serve local beers, only Budweiser!

Decent venue for Italian food in Prague. A bit more expensive than some other restaurants in the area but the quality is definitely there. Worth the trip if looking for a well-prepared pasta dish in Prague.

A truly cozy and pleasant restaurant with nice atmosphere and stunning pasta!... but definitely not just that...their carpaccio, risotto as well as meat are great and do not forget to order their assorted desserts plate! you will love them! glass of prosecco for the start and some nice wine with the meal will make the experience just perfect!

I've been here 3 times and have been consistently impressed with the ambience, service and food. This latest time I went with a couple of Czech friends and had a very enjoyable 3 course lunch. On my friends' recommendation I had the coquilles St Jacques, which were excellent: full of flavour and yet soft and subtle. I liked the sound of the sweetbreads starter and they kindly expanded it a bit to make it into a main course for me. It was again excellent, although for some reason it had a similar flavour to my first course - maybe the same ingredients in the roux?. Dessert was a very nice selection of their small pastries. It was all washed down with a very nice bottle of Gruner Veltliner from Austria. The service was faultless, but that could have been because one of my friends is a famous Czech Lawyer well known to the management!

Very nice and cozy restaurant located almost in city centre. I have visited this place several times and I have been always treated really nicely. Food prepared from quality italian ingrediences is fresh and yummie. One of my favorite restaurants in Prague where I come back everytime with joy!

The sauce seemed to have been made from a can (1 star off) as the diced tomatoes tasted different than the whole tomatoes that were added to the dish later; the whole tomatoes tasted way better. My husband got the pinsa alla diavola, which was like a spicy pepperoni pizza. It was fine, but reminded me of a pizza at a kids' birthday party (1 star off), maybe only slightly better. I made a reservation a month in advance, but did not know I had to specifically request for tables outside on the river. When we arrived, only a few outdoor tables were taken, but was told the rest were reserved, so we were seated indoors instead. When we finished our dinner, the same few outdoor tables were occupied. I don't know why the restaurant couldn't just stagger the guests for the outdoor tables according to their reservation times.

It was my second visit to Prague so I was taking my time to see more than the "must see things." As I said, I stumbled onto the restaurant because I was taking in the park where artists were painting, people were reading and I pulled out my phone to use the Merlin app to identify birds that were singing. It was totally picturesque. But I wasn't hungry. So I regretfully moved on without eating there. Imagine the elation a few days later when someone in our group booked a dinner reservation for us at the same place I was regretting having missed! With a group of a dozen of us, I think someone ordered everything on the menu. We were all thrilled. We had appetizers , cocktails and entrees -- everything we had was great! The restaurant is family-owned and we were treated to the son being a primary server for our group. Now and then dad was part of the picture too and we enjoyed the added dynamic. Pretty sure the son is on point for Americans as his English was on point. They were great hosts!

Marina Ristorante has officially become my go-to tradition. I've been to Prague eight times now,…read moreand honestly, this spot is my favorite way to wrap up every single trip. If you're looking for that perfect, view of the city to end your vacation on a high note, this is the place. The views are just unbeatable. You're sitting right on the water with a gorgeous, clear line of sight to Prague Castle--it's honestly pretty magical. The restaurant itself is super clean, peaceful, and has a great, relaxed energy. On our most recent trip, we snagged a spot on the upper deck at a nice, big, comfortable table with our friends. It was the perfect setup to just hang out and soak it all in. Service was excellent as it has been at all our visits. They didn't even allow us to add tip, but we would have give at least 20%. The food is always solid and really tasty, which is why I keep coming back year after year. Ordered a goat cheese salad and my husband tried some type of cream pasta. I've been happy with the pasta with prawns in the past. Definitely keep in mind that prices have crept up over time. For lunch--without any drinks--it set us back about $50 a person, and we just split a dessert. It's definitely a bit of a splurge for lunch, but for that view and the consistency, I still think it's worth it. Pro-Tip: If you're planning on going, book way in advance. We tried to get a dinner reservation during for our whole trip, but they were totally booked out. We ended up doing a 1:30 PM lunch instead, and it actually worked out perfectly. Even with the price jump, I'm still a huge fan. It's easily one of my favorite spots in the city. Just make sure you get that reservation in early!

It's designed like you're on a big yacht. We arrived without reservations and was able to get a table 5 right away. But the place was quite busy. Italian cuisine. Huge menu! Very good food. We enjoyed just about everything we ordered. We particularly enjoyed the T-Bone steak. It's a large portion that can feed 2-3. Comes pre cut with the bone. Perfectly cooked and tender. The Tiramisu was spot on. Moist and drizzled with rum, it was a great finish to a delicious meal! We didn't care for the Pasta Alla Carbonara. A bit too rich for our taste. Very good service and they speak English. Happy Travels!!
