This is a site we have enjoyed many times. The main area is below, where you can sit by the fireplace that the original owner had covered with an Asturian cross. Then, a couple--she is British, he is from San Luis Potosi--turned it into an English manor-style restaurant. Upstairs, there are other charming, quiet, and piano-equipped rooms. Every night, Emmanuel Coss, a gifted pianist, roams the rooms, sharing his love of the white keys and accepting requests.With dishes like Roquefort salad, Beef Wellington, Chateaubriand, and regional wines from the Valle de Guadalupe, the cuisine and wine selection are excellent. These delicious cheese snacks that were brought out at the beginning were gone in a matter of minutes. We had a number of sweets, but the chocolate-crusted mint moose pie appeared to be the most popular. Excellent service, each room has a unique style, and it is well worth a visit!
