This is a site we have enjoyed many times. The main area is below, where you can sit by the fireplace that the original owner had covered with an Asturian cross. Every night, Emmanuel Coss, a gifted pianist, roams the rooms, sharing his love of the white keys and accepting requests.With dishes like Roquefort salad, Beef Wellington, Chateaubriand, and regional wines from the Valle de Guadalupe, the cuisine and wine selection are excellent.
