Our group of four learned about chocolate making, sampled different chocolate ingredients and varieties, and then made our own custom chocolate bars, and we had a great time doing it. The workshop lasted about an hour, and the chocolate we made was ready for pickup, packaged in plastic sleeves and nicely bagged, ninety minutes later.
