I never thought I would have to retain an attorney in my life, but when I was hurt on the job and needed guidance through my Worker's Compensation case I was beyond grateful I chose Pat to represent me. Not only is he diligent and punctual with his work, but he is extremely honest and fair, holding high ethical standards. I am quite positive that these positive reviews are either written by him or he paid someone to write them. Notice none of them say they "hired" him? Anyways, after hiring him, he has not helped one bit but caused me headaches and wasted my time and money. He simply "forgot" to respond within the given time frame and messed the whole case up even more than it needed to be. I've talked to a number of lawyers afterwards and they all said "how do you forget that?" It is such a simple thing and it shows how poorly this law office is run and how incapable this lawyer is. But, I thought to myself that everyone makes mistakes so I gave him a second chance to get things straight after he promised me that this will get straightened out quickly. I should have never trusted him because for the next 3 weeks, he continued to lie, ignore my calls and emails. I trusted him to do the job that I paid him to do but he failed miserably and his efforts to fix the problem have been disappointing. I had to call him every day for the last 3 weeks so that he takes some sort of action. He never called the other lawyer to work things out until I called and bothered him. He would tell me that he'd call me back and he never called. My other lawyer had to advise him what he needed to do which cost me more money. I should have walked away when I saw an empty champagne bottle in his law office, when he was curious to know if my parents were wealthy, or when he was more curious about what kind of vehicle I drive than he was about my case. Don't make the same mistake that I've made and go somewhere else.

A couple of days before the scheduled date, I phoned to confirm the basics. We agreed on an arrival time, and the call was both professional and polite. On the day of the cleaning, a team of four arrived exactly as agreed. After a quick walkthrough, they got to work. Over the next three hours, they cleaned places I would never have even considered. My apartment had a lot of dust, and now there is none. This was, without question, the most expensive cleaning service I have ever used. I have hired cleaners in San Francisco, Vancouver BC, and Singapore, and for similar services the cost was roughly half. The total billed was $605, which included a discount I believe covered oven cleaning, an item I had been told would be extra beyond the hourly rate of $55 per cleaner. The overall cost was not a surprise, as we had discussed the pricing beforehand. I expected the total to be around $600, and it was. After the cleaning was complete, the invoice was sent via email, and tipping can be added at that time. That said, I am very pleased with the results. Everywhere I look is spotless. The entire team was polite, professional, and efficient, like the Navy SEALs of cleaning. (added note: my apartment is just under 1200 square feet)
