The absolute worst agency I have ever dealt with. I have had a homeowner policy with them for 15…read moreyears and they have never been able to help me with anything. 4 years back could not help me add a homeowner policy to my Philadelphia Contributionship policy had to have another agency add it to my existing policy. They said they couldn't get Philadelphia Contributionship to write a policy for this property. It was done in one day by another agency. Just recently tried to have them add a policy to a second home and they couldn't help me. They have agents with no experience, they wanted me to contact contractors to asses some values to replace items if they were deemed a total loss. Policy was added at another agency in a day. In my opinion they have no interest in helping there clients. They have never been able to help me with anything ever. I am surprised they are still in business. PS, this is the first ever review I have ever posted in my life but I really want people to know what they are getting from this agency.

After not having heard from them for weeks, I called and was told that the person assigned my job had a family emergency and that another guy was taking over. I emailed him all my LM policies, said I hoped the other person was OK, and....never heard back. I called about once per week and was usually told he was on the phone. One time I was told he'd email me some quotes (never came). On like the 10th time I called, they put me through to him and he basically told me there was nothing they could do. Meanwhile---an online broker managed to save me $700 on one policy alone. I continue my search.....
