Unprofessional and unfinished work, I needed this job done with a month, it took him over 3 months…read morewhen he mentioned he could do it within weeks. Anyways, as being in the military I had to be out of state, I told him I would not paying the rest of the money until he finished the job, We almost went into a legal process.
