I finally called at 10 weeks to see what was going on. The owner called me back to let me know that the fabric was on backorder but that she thought I would have them in a week. It took two more weeks to get them. I then asked her to have my blinds removed when they were installing the drapes. This didn't happen. And there was no discount, nothing. Her store is a mess - I'm not suprised she can't remember anything or get anything done on time.
