They felt crushed. My husband had to go down and help them get it all figured out. She talked down to him and told us exactly what we can spend in the store with the certificate with tax, he told her they can buy what ever they want no matter the certificate dollar amount and we will pay the difference. The girls quickly picked out a shirt each and we left. I have spent a lot of money in this store and to treat 2 young girls trying to shop and spend money in her store was uncalled for and very unprofessional. I will never shop at this store again!​

I don't know what was going on the morning we were in this store, but you can be sure we won't be…read moreback. We believe in local businesses and chose to go here instead of the big box store in town. We were approached by an older gentleman shortly after we walked in and explained to him a plumbing problem we had with the cold water shut-off valve for the washer. We explained to him that we wanted Sharkbite parts to fix it. Shortly after he started helping us, he abruptly told us he was going to help someone else. A short time later, another older gentleman was sent over to help us. This man told us he didn't know much about plumbing but he would try. After explaining to him what we needed, he proceeded to tell us that we should not use Sharkbite and that no one should replace copper pipes. He then went on to tell us how we needed to sweat the copper, etc in order to fix it. This meant that we would need a plumber. When I asked about using Sharkbite at least temporarily since the water had to be shut off in our house until it was fixed, he told me not to bring the parts back to him when they broke. He was clearly agitated but for what reason, we didn't understand. He then grabbed a 3 or 4-foot piece of PEX tubing and tried to bend it about 8 to 10 inches from the end in order to show me how it could break. In his exaggerated struggling and thrashing, he hit me with the other end of it. I turned around and walked out of the store. The man looked at my husband and asked what was wrong with me. My husband explained to him that he just hit me with the piece of tubing and he then walked out himself. We went to Home Depot and was eagerly helped with kind and knowledgeable people. We bought the Sharkbite parts and fixed the problem in 15 minutes at a fraction of the cost that a plumber would have charged. Sharkbite rocks and so does Home Depot. The True Value man's rudeness saved us a lot of time and money. Even so, we are sorry True Value. We will be driving right by you to head to the big box store from now on. I would recommend others do the same.

I was in Sheridan for business from Arlington,TX and while I've been In Wyoming the heel of my Ostrich boots became dislodged. I was walking through downtown to eat lunch and smelt leather so walked into to Brian's. I believed his Son first approached me and I discussed the dilemma regarding my boots and most importantly my timeline (hence I need to travel to Portland the next day). Luckily all that needed to be replaced was the heel so I ran to my Hotel to grab my boots and arrived back to Brian's which seemed they were expecting me. The Hospitality and Service was Second to none. I was worried because you do not want to Rush Quality but Brian stayed after to make sure I was given my Boots no matter what and put a special shine to them. I'm extremely grateful especially being traveling and the way he and his employees treated me and got the job done I will be forever grateful. Thanks to you and your Team Brian!!!

I try very hard to buy local (and USA made). These days it is becoming more and more difficult. We…read morewent into Mossholders to look for a gliding chair for our nursery. When we went in they had an impressive showroom and we ended up finding the chair we liked but not the color we wanted. Upon review we decided to order the chair in the color we wanted. They told us that one had actually been ordered two weeks prior so instead or 5-7 weeks, we were looking at 3-5 weeks. Today is week 4 and I had called to check the status to find out that the chair has not even shipped yet. Ship date is now two weeks from today with another 2 weeks for actual shipping time. When the difference in shipping estimate and actual arrival is over a month, I'd call that excessive. Nice staff, nice showroom, but if time is at all a consideration, maybe consider a two hour drive to Billings or Casper.
