After a dozen ex rays and multiple employee examinations the doctor/dentist told me that they would check with their lab and see if they had the fittings to work with the implants and get back with me. Well it's been two weeks and I have called four times to get my answer. I have left messages and there is always a she's out to lunch, she's with a customer.... I leave my name and number with the person on the phone being told that they would get right back to me. Nothing not a message or a call. Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. If you need dental work and would like to be respected as a customer this place is not for you.

No reply, now I get a letter that I have been canceled as a patient due to many missed appointments. This was the first appointment I have ever missed. I have rescheduled appointments sure, but dosent everyone. During this appointment I was going to tell them that my filling came out. Yes. The filling he put in has already come out. It's visibility noticeable and slightly painful. Not to mention when he gave me the filling in the first place I have to come back because he missed a spot!! Plus it a 45 minut drive . !
