Multiple staff broke rules and nothing was done about it. Favoritism was a very big thing. They would give me multiple shots and pull my pants down in front of everybody to give me the shots. It was an absolutely horrible place. There was one person and who was my case manager that was really kind all the time, and he was very overwhelmed with his job but he still did a very good job. But besides that, I've heard awful things about it still till this day I talked to some of the old staff too...

Refused to release the results to him or her after months of trying because they wouldn't honor his medical POA , even though Arkansas law states they have to. Finally got the results back after calling for months and in the results the doctor himself claimed that they "won't be doing an autism test" months and months waiting for these results for them to not even conduct the proper test OR follow Arkansas state law regarding power of attorney. We needed test results to coordinate care for an extremely physically and mentally disabled person who needs 24/7 care and their negligence, ignorant and unprofessionalism has costed us thousands, because we can't even go to work we have to take her of her until we get the waiver which will allow 24-7 care. we're going broke not knowing how to pay rent or afford anything and losing our minds trying to take care of someone who has skitzophrenia, bipolar disorder, multiple personality disorder, autism , anxiety/depression, and chronic regional pain syndome. this place needs to be sued into OBVLIBION for what they have put us through !!!!!!!
