But her real skill is structural integration, where she actually gets in between the fibers of your muscles and attachment points (as in, all 4 heads of your quadriceps muscle) and creates separation so that you feel looser over all, for longer than you would after just a traditional massage. She really wants to help address the root cause of the discomfort, not just trying to get to the discomfort itself. Other than that, you have a 1/2 hour of uninterrupted quiet or a calming music selection to give you the time to pray, meditate and focus on you and your concerns. The facility is bright, well lit and clean. The location is easy to find with free on-site parking, but there is a lot of construction there and is difficult to get into right now.
