I have been going to her since 2010 and since then she has also expanded her specialty to include acupuncture (including cupping, guasha, tuina, and moxibustion). I was weary at first, I have to admit, but boy am I ever glad that I tried it! She uses variety of techniques in a session if you are open to it, and is committed to finding a way that you are comfortable with to make you feel better. Also, she has a calming, beautiful temperament that makes you feel at ease the moment you see her. She has fit me in several times when I had neck episodes and was in excruciating pain. The facilities are shared with the fitness club so outside of the spa (which itself is very small with a small waiting area), the common areas have a large beautiful lounge with tv's and comfy couches. The change rooms were large and very clean with amenities in the shower rooms and a small ladies only whirlpool and steam room in the change room. The massage itself was good but I felt my time was cut short as instead of having your personal information filled out ahead of time, the RMT does it as part of your massage time. They asked for a number of personal information data points that I balked at, but the RMT insisted that they were required by the "government". He spent about another 5 to 10 mins lecturing me how all the other places I had gone to were not in compliance with the government when I mentioned nobody had ever demanded I provide so much information. I felt very uncomfortable and it was not a good start to the massage. The room while lovely, also had an unpleasant smell and smelled like food. The massage itself was decent but the RMT left abruptly telling me my massage was done. I wish more time had been spent on my shoulders as I mentioned this was an area of soreness for me. Overall, not a bad experience but it was not my most relaxing spa experience either.

The lady who did my treatment was lovely and knowledgeable, she was great with extractions, I could tell she was well trained. Will be trying the pool shortly but it looks amazing. After visiting another RMT clinic twice with a poor experience, I decided to try Zento for my massage needs as they had great Google reviews. Off the bat, Sophie was very kind, welcoming and made me feel at ease. She is extremely attentive throughout the whole pre massage assessment and massage itself. She shows great care towards customers and ensuring they have a pleasant experience. The clinic is also very clean, well-kept and comfortable. Seems they thought through the small details. They also had some issues with the direct billing to my insurance company and had to let me know I'll be in contact with and will try to mitigate if any issues that come up on my end. Later that evening Sophie had gone out of her way to text me an update on the insurance and I was very pleasantly surprised by her follow up! Her dedication to care, honesty and sincerity left a strong positive impression. She also had shared with me that this is a family run business, which recently opened up four months ago. If you're looking for massage therapy, acupuncture, or a chiropractor - I hope you give them a shot!
