Most of the time things run smoothly…read more But when they are running behind or something is off track with time, the receptionists do not know how to handle or tell people who are waiting what's going. The front office staff need to be more diligent and be able to find the information that is needed for parents and patients who are waiting. I arrived for my daughters oral surgery which was scheduled at 11. We arrived around 10:45 where told that the anesthesiologist was behind. When I asked how long and if someone could check. I was told possibly 20 minutes. They left out that there was a patient in front of my daughter that was still waiting. We waited for close to an hour and a half before being taken back (12:23).
