I wasn't able to squat and my knee hurt / locked up on a regular basis making it difficult to get back into shape. I did PRP injections in my right knee which helped me regain function and get back into the gym (where I have since lost over 80 pounds and completely changed my physique!). She paid about $3500.00 which it alot of money but given her results I bought in and my bought in I mean 6 months later the program which is the exact same program with zero support is $5800.00 . I was told my box would arrive with my cortisol test and my blood work paperwork orders, it did not. I had to request it, at this point I was a week in. I then get those orders and had to schedule the blood work and do the cotristol testing , by the time I got the results I was a month into the program and had 2 virtual programs with my coach and neither had to do with nutrition but of "life balance and cancer causing agents". Not helpful. So I voiced my opinions on the FB support group and they respond with we can reach out to you with a different coach, at this point I am almost 60 days in to a 90 day program that again cost me $5800.00. Bottom line after a very long review, I didn't have alot to lose, you read about people losing a pound a day, if you have alot to lose I can see that, but 45 days in I lost 17 lbs and honestly I did it fasting until noon and eating a certain portion of protein, non starchy veg and fruit. Zero support and they only reached out once I mentioned it. Save your money, it's a great program but it's not worth the price.
