I also do not put up…read moreany doctors who feel my time is not important -- that and a "god complex" (complete with the old days when the sexy Pharma rep got to meet with the doc even though I'd been waiting 30 minutes already AND condescending speak) means I refuse to deal with that office. I have had to tell too many doctor (back in the 1980s and '90s) that *I* pay their salary, whether it is via insurance or not, and I am not paying them to be treated poorly. My time is JUST as important at theirs. Enter Changebridge. I have never had to wait, they have called me if an appointment could not happen or had an incredible wait (very, very infrequently, but it happens), I have never seen a pharmaceuticals rep in there ever (granted, it is no longer cricket for them to offer a free trip to Hawai'i any longer, but that's fine with me. My doctor is Dr. Frank Iannetta, and he has been so for the time I have gone there. I love him; he took a lot of time to learn about adult-onset muscular dystrophy (DM Type II), always offers advice, looks into any question I have, not religious and always has a laugh with me over so many different issues outside of medicine. He listens, chats, but is serious and totally qualified to help with anything. Another excellent quality is that Changebridge has relationships with so many other types of specialty medical practices that I have gotten audiology, podiatry, cardiac, pain management and so many other kinds of help. I take almost no medications (the list is 6 now, not 10 and far less than the amounts I've been on). I also go to PT three times a week, and I feel just INCREDIBLE! I go primarily to Dr. Iannetta, but any doctor there is just wonderful. My husband and I both go; he really likes to go to Dr. Pallay, who is very medically knowledgeable, but he is focused on the medicine and not a "chat" kind of doc; I love Dr. Iannetta because he is the exact opposite. Both kinds as well as everyone in-between is right for many patients. None of the doctor or nurses are any the less gifted in medicine. I know all the staff (for the most part) and speak to them all with delight. I enjoy every person there. They all bring something special to the experience. They do a lot for any patient. I cannot recommend them enough. I would not even know where to begin with how much they have done for me over...I think more than 30 years. We have lived in Parsippany now for 32 years. Before that in Fairfield, so really, I don't know. But I am deliriously happy with every visit there. You will be, too.

I think what actually brought me here the first time was when I decided "I haven't had a physical in awhile. I should go get one." and looked around for doctors. I discovered that nowadays, you're hard-pressed to find individual doctors, so I went for the clinic, and CMA seemed to have good reviews. Since then, I've had a few physicals, gone in a few times with illnesses. Every time, I have been treated well, promptly, curing whatever I came in with and helping with whatever they find. So like today? Just the physical? They reassured me most of my vitals were fine, pointed to the one that was a little out of whack, and presented suggestions for how to fix it. Sat patiently with me to discuss until we were on the same page. VERY friendly and thorough. And that even goes to the desk staff. I have never had a bad experience with any person at CMA, never had a misdiagnosis or the wrong meds. Nothing. OK, a couple of times I got a charge for the blood work they did, but this time I think we've learned, tell them up front it's diagnostic and not preventative. Again, even the separate-building blood lab (which I think moved into a new, larger space) is friendly and helpful. #CMA4EVA

Though it is not a new building it is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Most importantly the clinical team is well staffed and every member provided enthusiastic, supportive and compassionate care. The food is plentiful, varied and tasty - none of that bland hospital food here. As an example of the level of compassionate care, at each mealtime during which mom was visiting dad, a meal was provided for her too! Dad had a 90 minute physical therapy and a 90 minute occupational therapy session 5 days per week. The therapists were cheerful and professional. Credit to the team for helping dad to go from being unable to stand on his own at admission to being able to ambulate to the car on his own as he went home. Special thanks to the team of health aides who helped dad with the day to day. Unfailingly cheerful and attentive, this team enabled dad to recover to the best shape he's been in over a year. Lastly, thanks to the social worker and case management team for setting up discharge and home services. They were very accessible to us and patiently explained the plans and the process (more than once), leaving no stone unturned to ensure a smooth transition home. I was apprehensive about bringing dad to any rehab center, concerned about the quality of the facility and care. I am pleased to say that Regency Grande exceeded my expectations in every way and provided outstanding care. Thank you!

I have had the need to come here on various occasions (lower back, foot problems) and every time I've been here I've had nothing but exceptional service. From the warm greeting of the entire front desk staff, to the kindness and assistance provided by all the Physical Therapy Aides, to the care and expertise of the Physical Therapists themselves. I especially want to acknowledge the gentile bed side manners of Lucinda Quesada (PT Aide). She always welcomes me with a warm smile and an even warmer goodbye. She is meticulous and takes her time to explain clearly the specific exercises that are required as part of my plan of care. I also want to acknowledge two of the therapists, Christopher Jones and Payam Zarrinpour., both are exceptional. They are patient, knowledgeable, and truly take the time to understand my needs and concerns. They have a wide depth and breath of knowledge in physiology and human anatomy. But more importantly, I sincerely appreciate their sense of humor. Not only do their treatments make me feel better but their personality brings out a healthy hearty laugh in me every time. Sure there are many other PT centers. Some much larger, better equipped, and providing a huge suite of services . I know because I have been to some of them too. I chose Active Care as I had previously used them many years ago for a back issue. My physical therapist was Payam Zarrinpour. Well he worked wonders ! I had two separate rounds of therapy and exercise and it cured my frozen shoulder. Today I was diagnosed with torn MCL in my left knee again my doctor prescribed PT. I went right back to active care to seek Payam's help! I'm sure in a month I'll be back to my old self skiing away!

The clinic is super clean, well equipped and offers plenty of parking. They are flexible with scheduling and convenient (with 5:30 am appointments .) I never had to wait. Even on my later appointments, no matter how busy Dr. Streeter was, he would always greet me right away and get me going. Dr. Carrol and Dr. Streeter are very professional and super friendly. I did a stupid thing and jammed my side into a bannister ... I am sure I heard a "pop"... I have…read morebroken ribs before and recognized the instant pain but had never heard the bone break. My doctor sent me here to be sure that my diagnosis of a broken rib was correct and that there wasn't any further concerns. I called these folks and was instantly impressed. They picked up the phone quickly, we're empathetic with my concerns, scheduled an appointment for a me within an hour and, when I arrived, I was taken to the X-ray area right Away. My tech, I think his name is Nish, was professional, put me at ease despite my issues with sharp pain and got the work done in short order. I was really grateful and impressed. Clean rooms, excellent patient service by a sharp, professional staff, quick results ... my doctor called me with the news that I broke one rib but it wasn't a displaced fracture. All good except for the annoying aches. Highly recommend these folks for the quality, efficiency, and medically accurate service they deliver. Hope I don't need them again but if you do, no better place in the area.
