And by messed with, I mean I am ready to mess with you back until you're defeated if you make the unwise decision to mess with me. I encounter an ahole online called the government and recognize this government entity immediately. If the Government had chosen not to mess with me in the first place, I wouldnt have been forced to mess with them, their choice, and I will win. #1 Government messes with you online, lying to your face, coming across as fake, and harassing you into harassing them back. #2 Mess with them back, for fun and amusement because its not real. Later they manipulate you on a deep psychological level, they come across as fake intentionally, and call you a chicken to slam the cuffs on you and throw "attempt charges". #3 Government retaliates and Frames You for messing with them, and throws BS charges on you which are completely fictional. #4 Stuck in County Jail unable to get out of the sticky situation #5 Gives you a good man but an awful "public pretender", in a jail known for forcing you to take plea deals in defiance of this nations constitutional laws (cuyahoga) the 6th amendment. #5 Government proceeds to frame you, denying you reality from Day 1 through psychological means, denies you quality access to attorneys, unconstitutional conditions, and more. Takes extra steps to Frame you and has the entire system rigged in their favor before you even have a chance to defend yourself against their lies. #6 Panic and freak out given all of this knowledge as it comes to light. Trust your life and "record" with Joe Patituce and Associates and they fail to do anything but have you take a deal. #7 You are innocent and know you are innocent, while Ohio breaks every law on the books to score a victory for themselves. You now are completely relying on JOE and his Pals to get you to either a Resolution with the Prosecutor, or a resolution in Trial. #8 Total let down and Joe and his team never put up an honest Fight, not one single strategy or "fight back" was attempted, tried, or pursued and conveyed to me. Because no-one could fight for me, and because I was unable to fight for myself, these aholes (everyone involved) managed to weaken me mentally into taking a plea deal as there was no ability to fight, strategize, or plan a defense even with Joe and his Team. #9 Get out of jail and here we are at present day. Joe and his pals were asked to assist in continuing the fight and now continue to sabotage efforts at doing this coming across as "two-faced" and uncooperative. They failed to recognize my unique ability to continue the fight and now we are at odds with each other. I am Seeking tens of millions of dollars in damages from Ohio, and I will get my money and swift resolution. The clock is ticking and I will have everything undone in this lifetime. Joe and his "crew" of attorneys were hired and contracted to take me to trial. Why would you pay someone $10,000 if the plan was not to go to trial. If I wanted to take a deal, I would have kept my public pretender and my 10K. My case is unique in that I may be the only one whos actually innocent in the countries history (regards to case) because I was being harassed and messed with and manipulated by Ohio. This isnt how the law works, the government isnt supposed to intentionally go harassing and messing with people to provoke them into messing with them back and then framing them just to score arrests and convictions. Joe and his crew failed to help me, and he will fail to help you. Ohio will fail you as a State and they will destroy American Citizens because they are out of control and operating outside of the Nations Laws. Also note: Ohio broke dozens of laws just to prosecute me, including violation of the mail act, attempted interstate robbery by breaking into my apartment in another state, listening in on phone calls, denying me quality access to my attorneys as pathetic as they were, retaliatory acts, bait and switch, inhospitable living conditions, lying to get me to take a plea deal making me believe a plea deal would involve a fake person and not a real person, violation of attorney client privilege, obnoxious bond designed to extort me out of money, and countless other ones. As I said in a previous review: "I was in town on business, I work for a company that requires that I travel a lot. I had one drink at dinner with my client and then left the restaurant. Almost immediately upon leaving the parking lot I was stopped by a very aggressive patrol officer who ordered me out of the car. I cooperated with him but was eventually given a ticket for a DUI!!! I was shocked, embarrassed, and horrified of what would happen to me. I contacted Mr. Patituce that night, it was a Friday night, and he immediately put my mind at ease. He personally handled everything about my case that was important - and he communicated with me frequently. Any question I had for him was answered by phone in under an hour after my call, or almost immediately by email. As a professional I appreciated this response. His staff was professional, he met and exceeded all of my expectations. I was able to reach Mr. Patituce by his cell phone, and by email, whenever I got nervous and needed to ask a question. I hired Joe Patituce from this firm, he assigned his Senior Associate Aaron Schwartz to work with him on my case. The two of them made a fantastic team that I would trust with any of my serious dealings again. There were definitely times where I acted out of line and was stressed out but both Joe and Aaron were generous when dealing with my insanity. I can understand how some people might not be happy when dealing with this law firm, they tell you the unbridled truth and that can hurt. But I needed to hear what they had to say, and their honesty was the type of truth that helped me get through it. They were never rude or mean, quite the contrary in that they were overly generous with their time. I have no idea how they put up with me. In the end I cant thank them enough, I would highly recommend them. In court you could tell that they were respected on a level completely different from other attorneys. and no offense to Aaron but when Joe showed up it was like the world stopped. While waiting for my case to be called the judge was even asking Joe questions about what the law was on other cases, and the fact that he had answers told me all I needed to know. I needed a local attorney to help defend my son from what he was facing. The pros to hiring this firm was - Joe Patituce is a top flight professional. He cares deeply about outcomes. He's not like the other attorneys who I talked to, a number of them took my consultation as a chance to berate other attorneys. Joe refused to say anything negative about other attorneys and even went so far as to offer up other possible attorneys such as an Attorney Ian Friedman who does not work for Joe. Another positive was that he was clearly respected in court and so was his team, the judge clearly respected them and listened to what they had to say. The other attorney that I spoke too also happened to be in court that day representing another person. I sat in horror as I watched that attorney get torn up by the judge, so I was thankful who I hired. Cons- sometimes it is hard to get ahold of Joe personally by phone, he does always respond to text and email within an hour. The difficulty in hiring a high end firm like this is that they are in huge demand. The benefit though is that multiple attorneys all work on the case, so I never felt ignored. Pros- Patituce & Associates is lead by a top flight former prosecutor (who the attorney that recommended me to them claims he was an absolute monster of a prosecutor) named Joe Patituce. They have a team of highly capable attorneys that have either extensive world experience OR have been trained by Joe and his partner Megan (who I am told is also a former prosecutor.) Their exploits/wins are fairly self-evident you just need to do a quick google search to verify how good they are. They communicate extremely effectively. You might not always get to talk to Joe on the phone but every single time I sent an email to him I got a response. He's often in court so it makes sense. Cons- They are very, very sought after and they can be a little more on the expensive side (though to be fair not nearly as high as attorneys with lesser credentials). Phone calls end up going to staff or associate attorneys, but like I said above he responds insanely fast to emails or texts. Thats the only complaint, and it isnt really a complaint just a fact that the best attorneys are often hard to talk to. read more

The lawyer I paid for and assigned to my case never showed up to court. They sent an intern new to the firm. Then they sent Catherine who did nothing. She never asked questions, she never reviewed anything with me, she barely spoke to me. Not really sure what she was doing. I was treated like a second class citizen. After I called the office and complained, I was threatened by Joe saying that if I provided a bad review he would sue me. I do believe there is a thing called freedom of speech. I guess Hispanic female clients aren't expected to share their experience about how they were inadequately represented and treated so disrespectfully. Before I wrote my review, I read all the other reviews and I agree with the statements written because my experience was similar. I wonder if Joe threatened the other individuals who also wrote reviews on this site. All I can say is WOW!!! This law firm needs to do better. read more

This team of attorneys is 100% on point. I spent a ton of time doing research on what firm I would use. I live in New York City but commute to Cleveland, often, on business. While in town on a project a few months ago I got myself into some serious trouble. One of the greatest things I learned about this law firm is that they were no nonsense, they did not make me promises (other than they would work their butts off), they quoted me a flat fee rather than an hourly retainer, and most importantly they delivered. A tip for anyone looking for an attorney is to listen to what they say, and then quickly do your own research.
