Next cleaning available was 4.5 months later. There schedule is booked solid with no openings. I did request a manager contact me to discuss but I never got a call. Billing can be challenge. A couple times they would link my husband's account to mine. Which would be okay, but we wanted to keep them separate for HSA purposes.

My insurance company was told check was mailed in December 11, I received a voicemail on December 18 saying it was mailed December 18, still nothing. I tried calling today and was put on hold for over an hour, no one came back to acknowledge me, screenshot to prove it. I don't have enough kind of things to say about the dentist office…read more I have been long terrified of the dentist. From having some very difficult experiences in the past. Dr. Jones and his team of incredible hygienists have gone out of their way to help me feel comfortable, safe, and have given me as close to a pain-free experience as possible. I had to have a deep cleaning done, the hygienist had to give me eight injections, and I did not feel a single one of them. And for someone who has very sensitive gums, that's a huge deal. Partnered with my insurance, everything has been extremely affordable, and they even give you the option to get laughing gas if needed. Overall, I have had a great experience with the dentist. And I am looking forward to them, correcting my smile.

Before scheduling an appointment with this office, I encourage you to read this review. At my…read moreinitial new-patient appointment, the dentist recommended an expensive device for teeth grinding and sleep apnea. Before agreeing to move forward, I specifically asked that the office verify my insurance coverage because I wasn't sure I could afford the device otherwise. I was told my insurance would cover it and that my out-of-pocket cost would be approximately $133. Based on that information, I paid the portion they requested that day. At my next appointment, I was told I had not made that payment and was asked to pay again. After spending time searching their records, the staff eventually found my previous payment. I requested that my paperwork and receipt be corrected to reflect the payment, but I was told that wasn't necessary. The process was delayed further because I was told the lab had made the device incorrectly, requiring new impressions and additional appointments. Eventually, I received the appliance and was told everything fit properly and that no further appointments related to the device were needed. The very next morning, I received a phone call informing me that my insurance had denied the claim and that I now owed $867.60. I was told that the original amount I had been quoted was "only an estimate." Since then, I have received multiple bills and collection calls despite explaining that I relied on the financial information provided by the office before agreeing to treatment. When I visited the office to try to resolve the issue, the office manager said that the problem resulted from unsuccessful attempts to contact me. However, I have no voicemail messages or text messages from the office regarding this issue--only payment reminders. She also told me that I should have waited to speak to her instead of the claims specialist I spoke with earlier who said she would handle the issue but did not. Not only did she not apologize or take any responsibility for the problem, she rolled her eyes and sighed several times, continuing to put the blame back on to me. What concerns me most is that a coworker reported having the same experience. They also requested that insurance be verified before treatment, were given an estimated patient responsibility, and were later billed for a much higher amount after services had already been completed. My advice to anyone considering treatment here is to verify your benefits directly with your insurance company before agreeing to any procedure or device. Do not rely solely on the financial estimates provided by the office. My experience with the billing process, communication, and handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing.

Very disappointing experience overall…read more We spent more than 1.5 months trying to get dental treatment completed for our daughters, but after multiple appointments, delays, rescheduling, and excessive waiting, no treatment was ultimately completed at all. Several visits involved waiting 30-60+ minutes past the scheduled appointment time. One sedation appointment was even moved by the office shortly beforehand without properly discussing it with us, despite the fact that our child had to fast before the procedure. The worst experience happened on the day of the sedation appointment. After already waiting over an hour with a hungry child who had not been allowed to eat, we were told it was "normal" to wait several more hours. At that point, we decided to leave rather than make our child continue fasting and waiting indefinitely. A few days later, instead of addressing the scheduling and communication problems professionally, we received a mailed letter stating the office would no longer see our children as patients. Unfortunately, rather than taking responsibility for the repeated scheduling delays, excessive wait times, and communication issues, the office chose to terminate care for our children after we raised concerns about the situation. As parents, we expected professionalism, communication, reasonable scheduling, and basic respect for families' time. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

From the front desk employee who greeted you as you came in, to the polite girl who did my son's x-ray to Bre who made my son feel comfortable while he was talking her ear off because he was nervous. I can't say enough about this practice. My son had a pretty bad loss to his two front teeth and Dr. Jackson made it look as if it never happened. The biggest part was how good they were to Bren. He was so nervous/scared but they made him feel at ease. I can't say enough about this dentist office. We will be seeing this group for a long time!
