I originally went to Dr. Patricia Eby in 2020 to simply inquire if I needed to replace my saline breast implants due to age of implants that I have had for 28 years at the time.  I wasn't having any problems and all still looked good.  She examined me and we discussed how I felt about them currently and after our conversation she stated that "if its not broke, just leave as is".   I left feeling relieved.  As well, I was pleased by her genuine care and the time she took with me.  Fast forward to 2025.  Due to a recent mammogram that was extremely painful and left me sore for a week, I started noticing a hardness in the right side and the left side felt squishy.  I decided to return to Dr Eby.  It was obvious by the day of my appointment I was losing volume in the left implant and was having a slow leak due to the mammogram gone bad.  After examination she was able to help me carefully make the best solution for the silicone implants size/placement and other considerations due to my own personal size and scheduled me in for surgery 2 weeks later.   I returned a few days later to complete the paperwork and receive all my organized instructions and prescriptions in advance.  I'm very impressed with the organization of the office and the input they provide you in order to prepare you for your surgery.  Finally surgery day is here.  Upon checking into the surgery center, and being prepped, Dr Eby arrived for final discussion.  I knew I was somewhat of a challenge for fitting of my moderate side implants due to the very low volume of natural breast tissue due to my leanness, but Dr Eby said she loved a challenge.  In fact, she stated she had given it much consideration on performing this surgery prior to my actual surgery date!  I am currently 2 weeks and 2 days post-surgery and I am so amazed at the result.  I have never had such natural looking contoured breasts.  I have no doubt it's the effort and time she took with me to help me achieve this successful surgery.  I highly recommend Dr Eby.  I also appreciate office staff member Lily who is responsible for assisting in questions, follow-ups, etc.  She even kept me in the loop after office hours.  Plastic surgery does involve so much and requires careful observation regardless of hour or day.  Dr Eby and Lily both provided me that type of support.  The best care team that goes above and beyond.....professional, caring, highly skilled, great listener! read more

I would like to share my experience because, if you're anything like me, you're probably reading countless reviews trying to make the right decision. Choosing a surgeon is such a personal and emotional process, and I did a lot of homework before deciding. I had several friends and acquaintances who had procedures done by Dr. Eby, all with different transformations and beautiful results. Still, I knew everyone's body and goals are different, so I wanted to make sure she was the right fit for me. Before meeting Dr. Eby, I had consultations with two other surgeons, but it only took one visit with her for me to know. Dr. Eby was incredibly easy to talk to, knowledgeable, honest, and confident without ever being pushy. I had already researched her background and schooling beforehand, which gave me confidence going in, but meeting her in person sealed it for me. She spoke from experience and professionalism without overselling anything. Instead, she took the time to explain what was realistically achievable for my body while still listening closely to what I wanted. That honesty created trust and realistic expectations instead of false promises. For context, I had breast augmentation 20 years ago and was very large -- what Dr. Eby described as a "G." I also had a significant amount of natural breast tissue due to childhood development and weight fluctuations. Together, we decided to remove my old implants, reduce some breast tissue, perform a breast lift, and add smaller implants to achieve a size and shape that better fit both my body and my goals. I can honestly say I am over the moon with my results. Not only do I love how everything turned out aesthetically, but the level of care throughout the entire process was exceptional. I am very happy and pleased with my new breast implants. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't do it any differently. Getting bigger boobs has always been in the back of my mind for many years. I was hoping just maybe they would keep growing, but, a las, they didn't. In 2019, I was just barely a 34B. In December 2019, I decided I wanted to loose a little weight and I did. I lost 15 lbs. But it brought my bra size down to 32A. So I thought about it and researched it for a few months and finally decided to get breast implants in the fall of 2020. I chose Dr. Eby from all the great reviews I read online. Dr. Eby was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. It was difficult for me to choose silicone or saline. At first, I thought for sure I wanted silicone, so that they would feel more natural. After my first consultation with Dr. Eby, I started to lean towards saline because my right breast is smaller and getting two different sized saline would fix that issue. I researched more into the differences between saline and silicone, read more reviews, and discussed it further with Dr. Eby. I finally settled on silicone, because I decided having the more realistic feel was more important than perfectly symmetrical. And now, I rarely notice a difference. I knew I wanted to go up to a size C cup, because I wanted to go big enough that it was worth the money and pain, but I didn't want to go too big. I trusted Dr. Eby's expertise in getting my desired size and decided on 300 CCs. She showed me digital photos of myself with the implants, which was very helpful. She also allowed me to put some implants in my sports bra to physically see what they would look like. I also would like to note that the pain wasn't too bad for me. Worst of it lasted the first 3 days after surgery. I was able to go back to work on the fourth day. I really appreciate Dr. Eby, Lilly, and Janice being so helpful to answer all my questions and prepare me for surgery. They were very professional and kind. Dr. Eby was EXCELLENT. She was referred to me by a friend who worked in the plastic surgery field, however, DID NOT work for Dr.Eby...she simply knew of her as being one of the BEST! I never felt pressured into having the surgery, nor choosing a size that I wasn't comfortable with (I went small and proportionate to my 5'1, 120 lb fit frame...I got 275 cc's...the samples felt huge, but now, I wish I'd have gone 25 cc's or so larger...if you are on the fence there, go slightly bigger...the real things don't look quite as large as the "stuff your sports bra" sizing. I do think that with a regular bra and my winter attire, I'll be super happy with my choice, as I don't want to look larger than I am in that oversized winter clothing.) After the surgery, however, Dr. Eby expressed that she didn't think she'd even be able to go any bigger, as my chest was so tight with the implant that I did choose. Dr. Eby's bedside manner was phenomenal! I've had surgeries before and MAYBE SPOKE 3 SENTENCES TO ANY OF MY SURGEONS. Dr. Eby spent time with me and my family member both before and after surgery for briefing, most surgeons have the nurse simply call...Dr. Eby went to the room where my family was held to discuss the results. She spent about 30 minutes with me prior to the surgery, sent pics and texted me afterward. I had no visible bruising and healed well. You WILL NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF YOU FOR THE FIRST WEEK TO TWO WEEKS. It was almost a week before I could do things as simple as open a refrigerator, even longer to wash my own hair... I drove before two weeks, but wouldn't recommend it. I know everyone thinks their surgeon is the best...all I can say is that I have ZERO COMPLAINTS...ONLY EXTRA POSITIVES! I highly recommend Dr. Eby!!! She is an excellent surgeon! She made me feel comfortable and understood my concerns and goals from the very start at my consultation day with her and that was huge for me from the start, to be heard and understood. I woke up on a Saturday morning to discover that my 20 year old saline implant deflated overnight. I wanted to find a female surgeon to evaluate my situation. I am 8 weeks post-op from my Surgery with Dr. Eby, and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked into her office, I felt truly heard and cared for. After some health problems, and many, many tests, it was finally discovered that I had a ruptured implant which had leaked. My PCP and I felt my silicone implants may possibly be the culprit as everything else checked out to be perfect! While in surgery, it was discovered that the other one was also ruptured, but was at least contained. Dr. Eby's name was one of the first that popped up when I googled plastic surgeons for implant removal. After reading her reviews, I felt she was the one, and after my first meeting with her and her staff, I KNEW she was the one! I never, ever felt rushed, and she is so kind, considerate, compassionate, and always available to answer any and all questions. Even outside of normal working hours, someone on her staff is available. I had a major emergency! My implant burst after my dog had jumped on me. I searched everywhere for the best surgeon, and I found her after only two hours of research. I work in a hospital and have the best resources! I'm sharing this with you to stop your search. You can't get the type of concern and empathy you receive with Dr. Eby. She really took her time to understand how I felt. It had been over 28 years with Saline, and the original Dr. had no bedside manner and did the choosing for me and I felt pressured. Dr Eby assured me you could do this exchange on both and a small lift. OH MY GOSH! Beautiful result! Minimal pain! No issues at all. Down time was non existent. Yes I suggest resting and not over do it, but I didn't feel like I just had surgery. So stop your search and go to the best! Over the past 7 months I had 2 procedures from both Dr.Aldea, and Dr.Eby. My first procedure was with Dr.Aldea and I was absolutely blown away at my results!
