Daisy will try to paint a picture that she's this sweet older lady who is a mom and grandma and will fight for you, she honestly just cares about money. I could have had more favorable terms for the custody agreement I got with my sons father, who was violently abusive with me and I fled San Antonio back to el Paso to escape him. Since Daisy didn't prepare we couldn't present the evidence of the charges I pressed against him and so he got away with it and was still able to visit the child and take him out of town for visits when he was only 1 year old and still nursing. Please avoid this lawyer at all costs. Luckily my son only has to see his father 2-3 times a year since we live in different cities.

Mrs Pacheco answered all my grandmothers questions and more. The receptionist/ person scheduling the appointments is very rude and didn't understand what elder care was. Sounds bad but I had to dumb it down for the lady so she could understand. I hope Mrs Pacheco realizes she might be losing clients due to her receptionists inadequacies.
