They quoted me $250 for consultation and $2,000 for surgery scheduling. The intake paperwork they…read moresent me didn't have the specific numbers but did require a promise to pay so I emailed and asked for the price quotes in writing and didn't get a reply. I called to ask if they would provide a good faith estimate and she said no! Which is illegal under the No Surprises Act. I asked if she could respond to my questions on cost in an email so I could have it in writing and she gave me a fake email to send the questions to! I know it was fake because there was a kick back that said it didn't exist. And yes I had read the email back to her before I had hung up. Seeing the other review on here where they were surprised by an $8,000 charge explains why they refused to put anything in writing. Just want folks to be cautious, going bankrupted for medical care isn't cool. UPDATE- I emailed the email address on your website, so no confusion there. Lexi said they didn't receive it and then gave me an email: lexi.pacificendo@gmail.com, which was not real. I simply asked for the prices I was given over the phone to also be sent via email since they are not in the paper work. I'm not sure why that wouldn't be possible.
