This store is huge! You can't tell from the outside but once you walk in the store keeps going! They have beautiful clothing in the front of the store, then you walk to the back area and they have formal attire including wedding dresses. Fitting rooms are available. They knew I was uncomfortable shopping for the type dress I needed and worked with me to show me items that I liked by asking a variety of questions about I liked/didn't like, budget and what it was for. The staff works hard to satisfy the customer without being pushy, the right balance of helpful and accommodating. I was looking for the right dress for a high-end family wedding, had looked in the usual department stores, but found nothing. I then went to Patricia's and found the perfect dress. It is a great fit, elegant, and comfortable. I would not have tried it on without the help of Angie. She and Ann worked hard to show me a variety of colors and styles and stayed AFTER HOURS as I tried on and looked at least a dozen dresses. Could've been better about sums it up. This is a warning to fathers wanting to be there for their little girls wishes while trying on dresses. They will treat you like second class citizens or perverts if you dare go with your child. You see, the prom dress area, like the wedding gown one, has fitting rooms with a platform and mirrors outside of it. Naturally there are chairs for mom's to experience the excitement firsthand. However, being a male precludes you from not only sitting, but standing anywhere near the area. You get to sit or mill around on the opposite side of the store, segregated from the action. I don't know about you, but doesn't every dad go dress shopping with their kids just to perv out and try to peek in all of the dressing rooms? I didn't think so. If they are truly worried about anything, they could instruct the girls to make sure they are clothed before they open the door, you know common sense? The old hag that put her arm up and said I wasn't allowed back there (yes she blocked me like security at a concert) then had the nerve to try and talk to me after about how she raised the a/c so it wasn't so cold. I just glared at her. My daughter's day, of which she wanted me there, was ruined due to this policy. She was in tears while we were at lunch shortly after. Had I known how she felt while in store, I would have raised all kinds of hell. We also would not have spent one penny there. Way to go Patricia's! Alienate the ones who foot the bill for your overpriced dresses. They already lost our bridal business. I wish they could have lost our prom one too. read more

Make this the first stop you go to. I strongly recommend Patricia's 100/10. I had not been here prior nor have heard of them before my online search for a bridal store with great reviews and feedback. I was driving from Lakeland ( over an hour away )searching frantically for a nice, clean, professional place to search for a wedding dress and called at 3:15pm asking if they were open though I was an hour away and they closed at 4pm. They asked my circumstances and I explained and Patricia herself stayed after store hours to hand select dresses for me along we a couple other gals. I can't explain how grateful I am for the experience I had. It wasn't rushed and I left with full confidence that I made the right decision. They selection was vast and they also have another half of the store for other dresses. They wedding select was affordable but also a fantastic variety of dresses ( so many styles ! ) you'll be able to find something that matches your personality / vibe easily especially with the staff all excited to help you find exactly what you want. I was never pressured to spend, never pressured to make a decision. I love love love my dress. I love how taken care of I was. I felt my budget was valued and you feel good about putting money down at a place who actually cares. I recommend anyone in or out of town to come here you WILL find something here to buy. I met with Mia along with Mrs. Patricia, the owner of the Boutique and was treated with kindness, respect and listening ears as I described my vision of the perfect dress. I was totally surprised at the size of the shop. It covers a city block! The service and selection are simply unsurpassed. So I got my wedding dress from here a few months back. I ended up getting a prom dress because I wanted color not your traditional white. I did want to try some white dresses just in case. I had to buy off the rack due to a small time frame I had to get the dress which is fine but they only had a ver small selection of off the rack that fit me everything was very small. I'm happy I found my dress but I was a little disappointed in the experience of getting it. The bridal room is small which I get it's a small business but I feel like they didn't schedule accordingly. There were only two girls and it was super busy my appt was at 10 am and with int a few minutes there was about 4 or 5 other brides it was just back to back and I feel like it wasn't a very personal experience. I would got back again I just hope they work out the scheduling so brides can have a more personal experience especially since there is only one platform to stand on with the big mirrors and lights and it can be a little odd trying to figure out if you like your dress when there are 6 other brides family's staring at you and in the middle of your appt. read more

Definitely do not recommend this store. The clothes are pricey but nice. The customer service is dreadful. The owner's dog was there and therefore we were told we had to carry our dogs or her dog would lift his leg in the shop. I can understand someone not wanting dogs in their store but to tell me that the owner can't control their dogs therefore mine have to be carried is ridiculous. Will never go again. I am a local and have always LOVED Patricia's. I previously bought my prom dress from here and absolutely loved it. Aja helped me pick out wedding dresses TOTALLY out of my comfort zone, made it such a easy breeze, and helped me find MY DRESS in less than an hour. She made what is normally an extremely stressful experience feel wonderful. It was such a beautiful experience from the other ladies trying on their dresses, their families supporting them, the employees rushing to help all customers, and lastly, lovely Patricia. I LOVE this Boutique!! My favorite!! I've never been to a boutique so well where they treat you so well!! My father purchased both of my prom dresses, and my wedding dress here!! I love the idea with the prom dresses that if your purchase the dress they'll make sure no one else in the school buys the same dress for the dance. Wedding dresses are gorgeous!! I dropped in this evening at 5 after driving an hour and a half for this boutique, not knowing the store closed at 5:30. Originally, I thought I could walk in, grab a few dresses, try them on, and leave. It would be quick and I wouldn't bother anyone. Apparently, you can walk in but you still need an associate to help when trying on dresses. This made me feel bad now understanding there was only 30 minutes left before closing. Maya was so wonderful and patient helping me with bridesmaid dresses. We grabbed about 7 of them and went to work. She took pictures for me to send to the bride and helped with giving me opinions on what I tried on. Of course it took a little longer than 30 minutes for this (about 40), but she stayed and made no complaints or mention of time. She gave me a list of the dresses I liked and let me out of the back door when we were done. Thank you for being so patient and helpful! read more

The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful everyone is family and they don't mind how many people you bring along with you. I love this boutique. Beautiful clothing, great shoes and accessories and I love the jewelry. Angie is very helpful and polite, she is the manager. Soft music plays and the bathroom is clean. They typically look you up and down when you walk in the door to "size you up" per se so they can assist you with what to wear and what not to wear if you ask. They are usually spot on with sizes. I wish I had time to go more often. I am totally due to go again. Give this place a try! Great little gem in Brooksville, and then stay for lunch afterwards. i have been prom dress shopping for a little over two weeks, and i had struggled to find a beautiful dress with a decent price that fit well and made me feel confident. i even went to other boutiques that had simple dresses that were too expensive for what they were. i came here and i found a perfect dress for me at a good price! These ladies are fantastic! I looked around at all the big bridal stores (David's, Alfred Angelo, etc) and this boutique blew them all away! The attentive service, the selection was current and beautiful, and the prices were lower! My bridal attendant, Hannah, was beyond helpful in so many ways and Angie was amazing - they both went above and beyond to find me the wedding gown AND bridesmaids dresses I envisioned. The ladies on staff have a great eye for style and are very complimentary and sweet. We were so impressed by the staff, we decided to also fit my groom and his groomsmen here. The first thing I love about this place is the feel of tradition when you walk in. It's a small town family owned kinda place and you can feel it as soon as you arrive. The staff is overall helpful. Some reviews have mentioned that they come off snobby, but I didn't get that feel when dealing with Angie or my dress finder helper (I can't remember her name, but she's very sweet and soft spoken and patient. I can see how some people might get that impression from the two (I'm going to use the word older, only because they are older than Angie, but not because they are old ladies!), but I found them just more direct and if anything impatient vs. snobby. Price wise, it's the same at any actual bridal boutique you go to, but this place you don't feel like they are ripping you off. At least I didn't anyway - felt more like the price was fair compared to retail and that at the end of the day they have to make a profit as well. I tried going to David's Bridal and budget bridal stores, and I found that the staff there was far less helpful, far pushier, and you're still pay $$$ for a way less nicer/classier dress. So when I went to Patricia's it felt like a relief to be in the right kind of store with the right kind of attention for the right price. I'm not saying it's perfect - there was some miscommunication of when the bridesmaid dress orders were supposed to be placed, so they almost didn't arrive on time and I had to pay extra for rush shipping. And when my dress arrived, which I was measured for before it was ordered (that's just the way the dress maker required) it was clear that there was either a mistake made by the sales rep who measured me, or the dress company itself, because it fit like I had never been measured! And I did feel a bit rushed by the seamstress, Carmen (who for the record for the person who posted in an earlier review is LATINA, not European...), when I had my first fitting, but that was probably because she herself felt rushed by an overcrowded schedule. But it was all worth it because Patricia the owner agreed to pay to have the dress fixed at cost to the store (which I'm sure was pretty expensive for them!) and Carmen must be a magician because when I came to my second fitting my dress fit like a glove and was PERFECT. So overall, I'd say I had as positive an experience as one can when buying a wedding dress, and I'd highly recommend this boutique!! read more

Well that's exactly how I felt walking into Patricia's. And it's in Brooksville....that's right, Brooksville. The clothes are beautiful and that's why I gave it 2 stars, but if I had to review based upon customer service and attitude alone, it would be zero stars. They truly do not care about you at Patricia's. They told me my dress had come in and wanted me to come in to try it on. I made an appointment to do so and drove an hour and a half to get there. When they pulled my dress out, it turned out they had ordered the wrong one. If they cared, they would have realized this as soon as it came in. I never tried on a dress that looked like the one they ordered (the dress they ordered was covered in lace and I tried on simple, satin gowns, so not even close). If they had looked at my file, they could have verified the style numbers. But they don't care enough to either remember you or do a quick verification. After the dress turned out to be wrong, they then proceeded to make me wait 30 minutes to tell me they couldn't do anything about it until the following Monday (keep in mind I had an appointment, but they were too busy to spend 3 minutes to tell me there was nothing they could do). Oh and the dress they should have ordered is now out of stock. Absolutely disgusting service. read more

My friends warned me not to go there but with limited choices in the area I decided to. The employees as well as the owner were very rude. Just the atmosphere of the store is very unwelcoming. Add the rude unhelpful staff and owner and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. The dresses and gowns while beautiful were way over priced. I finally found the perfect dress at a new place in Inverness.Patricia's had it but at about 30% more. Guess I should have listened to my friends. read more
