I have spent a lot of money here. When a pair of boots ( just the left one) had an obvious defect the owner refused to take any accountability. Claiming it was my fault and I must have gotten the boot wet. Why just one boot? Super cringe with the over use of calling me baby. Took my number to call me later that day after she spoke to her rep, never got a call back. Lost mine and all my friend's future business. Piss poor customer service... baby. Today I got called to report to work at 8AM tomorrow, wearing jeans and sneakers for a design warehouse. Well, I don't own any jeans or sneakers! So I came here and the girls helped me find the perfect pair of 2X stretchy jeans that I can climb a ladder in. I looked good, too! Next, I needed the shoes. I got the perfect pair of Ariat slip-resistant leather work shoes. While everyone else is in their $40 sneakers, I invested in a very GOOD shoe that will easily last me 9 months. The support feels so comfortable and I won't have any trouble climbing ladders. Once I had the necessities, I could relax and look at all the fun stuff in the store. I treated myself to a pair of turquoise stud earrings for my first day of work in 2021. What a wonderful place to buy boots and jeans and hats and dresses and turquoise jewelry! 5-stars. read more

Ok, been shopping here for years. This place and its people are awesome. Never had a bad experience. Buy all my hats and boots here. Zach & company can even twist the hats up the way I have always worn them. Steam fitting boots for that custom feel. I drive over an hour to get here, and I drive past 3 other western stores to get here. Why? Nice inventory, if they don't have it, they special order it. I visit Weeki Wachee/Brooksville often. I've always driven past Remington on my way in and out of town, but I never visited until this weekend. My mother and I visited, looking for boots for a family wedding (rustic/country theme). I'm a bridesmaid, so I was looking around to see some boots in person . Remington has a decent mix of several brands: Ariat, Laredo, Stetson, and Dan Post come to mind. (Since I'm researching boots for myself as well, I already had have a few styles in mind. When I asked about Justin boots - a brand I was considering - I was told they had only one style in stock. I thought that was strange, since Justin is prominently advertised outside the store. The staff mentioned that stock gets rotated between two stores, which was probably the reason.) Their Ariat offerings seem to be the largest of their selection, which was fine with me. I researched Ariat prior to visiting, and Remington was listed on the official website as a retailer. I was looking for a boot with a brown base, and just a hint of the wedding color (teal) in it, so I could wear them again later. From my Internet searches, Ariat's Legend line seemed to have the most options in the "blue/green" color family, but they had none in-store. However, the staff was extremely pleasant, which more than made up for that. I got fitted for boots, which was another of my goals, and I was able to confirm that the Legend line is very comfy. I liked the Distressed Brown, which wasn't in-store. (Edit: since I originally posted, the bride chose Artists from the Heritage line. But it was still fun to try on! :-) 4 stars immediately for the staff's welcoming attitude and friendliness. The best part of the visit, though, was my mother finding (& buying!) a fantastic pair of boots, and a stylish dress for said wedding. She hadn't planned to try anything on, and was wearing sandals, but the saleswoman even had socks available to use. (Once Mom decided on her boots, the staff persuaded her to try on a cute dress that ended up matching perfectly. One more star for showing her that she looked amazing.) They have a huge selection, but it's very cramped. whether I have spent $800 or $10, whether I'm covered in dirt, or look like a whole snack the sales people don't discriminate on being uncomfortably far up my ass. my partner loves this store, me not so much! I am a large woman size 1x in American size 2 to 3 x if made over seas. This store has a large selection of clothing for both men and woman, but women sizes are very limited. Dont they know us larger women like to dress western? The staff is super friendly but boy they dont leave your side for one minute. Was in the area today for a weekend stay in Brooksville. My wife and I stopped in here while waiting for the hotel room to be ready. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection was broad but not too much. Prices were very reasonable. I ended up buying a pair of Durango Rebels and some boot socks to go with. I have already referred a friend here. I believe that the store size limits their inventory. This is to bad as they carry Thorogood American made work boots. But if they don't have you size do they really carry them ? As for the Justin American made work boots, save your money. The quality is not there and Justin is hard to work with for replacement and Remington does not have the authority to help. read more

We stopped here on our way back home to Atlanta after finding them on Yelp. Great store. Very friendly, very helpful staff. Great selection of boots. Lots of clothes too, but I was there for boots and didn't check out other things. Even my kids found boots they loved in their size. Even though we live in Atlanta, I would actually think about going here first for my next pair of boots. It's an easy trip off 75. read more
