I had been a client of Patrick Hall State Farm since 2019. During the past 6 years, the service has been impeccable, the agents helpful and friendly and the price reasonable. My daughter and grand daughter were also on my policy. In 2025, my daughter died from cancer, the old car I had also died. That was quite the year. I called Patrick Hall agency, she was removed as was the old vehicle. February of 2026, I went to the site to print new insurance cards, and my grand daughter was missing from my vehicles. I immediately called the agency and got stuck talking to Tyler Stanley. His only purpose for the call was to upsell me on other products and try to raise the price on my auto insurance. He most certainly did. I went from $150 for both vehicles a month to $315 for a month. He stated my grand daughter was not on the policy, which she had been for at least 3 years. Talking to Tyler Stanley is like talking to an AI-bot. No personality only pushing for more money. I can see why Allstate has been through a huge lawsuit and will be refunding money to me soon. I have cancelled my account. Do not use this agency, they will change things, charge you more money and tell you to "have a nice day". What a good AI bot. read more

I have been with Patrick Hall / State Farm for over 10 years. He and his staff have always been extremely helpful whenever I have a question, need changes to my coverage, or have a claim to file. A few years ago, my roof was damaged due to a severe hail storm. I was pleased with how everything was handed and felt that they did right by me. Don't waste your time with this office. My husband I made an appointment to see Patrick Hall to switch all of our polices. When we arrived, we saw the Office Manager, Kristine, which was fine with us. She did a good job explaining what they have to offer. We started with switching one Life Insurance Policy from an office in NM. Weeks later, I had not heard anything. I called and spoke to Kristine. She said she would check on it and call me right back. She didn't. A couple days later, I called and left Kristine a message to call. No call back again. A few days later, I called again 4 times between 9:30 am and 10:45 am and left a message and finally at 10:45 on the 4th call, someone finally answered and was told the Office Manager, Kristine, did call me but couldn't leave a message. Bull. I'm in real estate and get numerous messages daily which I check constantly throughout my day and there was no call that came in from that office on my call log. I stayed on hold until Kristine came on the line. I advised her we no longer want to switch this policy or any of our other policies to this office. We are going to find another office. When I contacted the original office in NM myself, they verified the first call they ever received was a few hours ago on that day. Also, on the first visit, Patrick Hall was there and not with anyone. I recognized him from a full page flyer advertisement with his photo on it that we had been getting ongoing in the mail and this is what prompted us to contact him. We were there for well over an hour and never once did he bother to introduce himself, say hello, thanks for bringing your business here or anything. Talk about red flags as to what you can expect in the future. I won't be referring anyone to this office, friends, family or clients. read more

Patrick took charge our our policies, reviewed and explained them to us and made sure we understood everything in the policies, made the changes we needed to make and gave us the peace and relief that we had found the right agent and he's become a friend who really cares about his clients. Stae Farm Insurance is a disgusting joke. We have 4 homes (3 rentals plus a primary residence, and 2 vehicles insured with them for over 5 years with no claims. The past month a tenant had an aquarium leak and damaged a rental home (minor water damage). We filed a claim and it was an absolute nightmare. We had 3 different claim adjusters become involved and they each gave us different instructions. We contacted our local agent repeatedly and got no satisfaction....the "right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing"!! It is close to a month since this minor incident happened and the work is still not completed and thus we personally accepted the financial responsibity to pay the contractor just to get the work completed. If you have State Farm insurance, run for another agent. If you are considering State Farm insurance, run to another company. State Farm is a poor excuse for a company and we will cancel all our policies and move to a professional company immediately. read more
