We spoke regarding the problems with our previous insurance broker, we felt he just took are money but did not help with any problems that arose on employees insurance. Chris promised he was a phone call, email, or text away and would contact the insurance companies himself if any issues arose. We have now had 5 different insurance issues in which he has done nothing or very little to resolve. Most recently our office manager had her first child. She found out today as she was attempting to schedule a Dr's appt. that he had no insurance once again. This has happened twice now. The first time our broker was to lazy to reach out and get the baby's first name and put him as "baby" + his last name. This caused our new mother to not be able to take her baby in for care when he had Covid. It's time we as consumers create a Database of unscrupulous insurance agents, brokers, and companies so the average hard working consumer has the knowledge to make an important decision of who they spend their hard earned money with.
